some sort of a limit would be great.. I have been advocating this since the beginning.. so it will a welcome improvement whenever it is implemented..

the reason many people are not posting as often is a sign of success.. not necessarily success of artists but the success of the project..

in my book, it means the theme is a lot less buggy now, so people just decided to sit back and relax.. personally I just left it sitting there and when the sales happen, great, if not, not a problem 🙂

hosting is like $5-6 a month so it’s impossible to lose 🙂 there are no further costs.. paid advertisement is not necessary for symbiostock artists.. so just hold on to your pockets and don’t pay anything apart from hosting and wait.. good things will happen..

the best anyone can do is spend time for SEO if you wish and nothing else..

I have been away from the forums these past few weeks and trying to catch up with what’s going on..

what I am seeing is exciting..

while I love the new license pages and it fixes a big need, it breaks something that used to work great for me..

I would like one single page for all licenses..

I want the page title to say “Standard and Extended Licenses”.. not be seperate.. that is not possible with the way new license pages work..

a locked URL is great for people who use multiple info pages, but for us there should be an option like “or enter a custom URL”

not only is this hard to implement, but also I (and believe many others) wouldn’t join it even if it was made.. first of all, who is the customer going to contact if they have any issues.. it may get complicated if they are dealing with 10-15 sites.. they might even forget where they got a certain image..

also, the registration used to be harder and it took time, but now a customer who would like to purchase multiple images from multiples sites can just enter the same username, same password and email on all sites and proceed to checkout one by one.. this is not a problem at all..

I think I am figuring it out now.. one thing I don’t like though, is that I can’t change the “license URL”

I want all my licenses to point to my existing license page where I explain all licenses in a single page..

Leo, is it possible for us to set the URL to anything we want.. It’s crucial for me.. I don’t want seperate pages with seperate license explanations..

do you mean we can’t edit existing licenses?

if so, then how do we create new and editable licenses? do we need to add the license in license pages first or what?

Also I have a prediction: I don’t mean there should not be an RM option but RM type of licensing sounds like a thing from the past.. it’s already retro now, and will soon be completely extinct 🙂 I may be totally wrong, but this is what I think..

it’s not worth it.. I can easily tell without even giving it a try..

their alexa traffic is even lower than many symbiostock sites.. why pay $120 per year and get nothing back?

I always check websites and agencies before doing business with them and this one is certainly a “no no”

Sorry for the terminology mixup earlier. But the issue is selecting the images. Clicking things by looking at what you want in the All Images list is fine for 5 or 10 images, but it is incredibly time consuming for larger quantities, items scattered across multiple pages of 20…

I understand but as I only have 2 categories that I would like to apply to all images, it was extremely easy for me.. + it’s FREE!

Of course batch editor is the better option but if you don’t have many categories, and want to stay with the free option what I said is the way to go..

btw, I just realized Leo had already mentioned it..

There is a veeery easy way without the premium plugin..

If you go to Stock images > All Images there are bulk edit options..

Select all images that you like to apply a category, then click on “Edit” from the drop down menu and just tick the box for the category you want..

Sorry guys, I don’t want to sound harsh, but most of the suggestions are un-professional looking, design-wise..

the logo of symbiostock.org and .com is pretty good already, and without much of a change, they should be used globally..

color suggestions are ok, and we can all discuss it further..

This is only my opinion and I am trying to give constructive criticism, but incorporating photos into logos will be frowned upon even by beginner level graphic design students, let alone established designers..

I like that strawberry 😀 nothing against it.. it’s a beautiful image.. but shouldn’t be in the logo..

If Andrzej is happy with it, he has all the rights to keep it on symbiostock.info and it’s great for him.. I support that all the way.. but suggesting it for all the sites? just doesn’t work..
