    Hi Jeff,
    We have not noticed that Symbiostock adds any noticeable overhead to the administrative interface. It could also be WooCommerce, or the entire suite in general. Overall, this has not been an issue either in practice or in our test environments. If you have logs that demonstrate this we can look into it, but the stuff you’ve provided just indicates processes as far as I can see.

    Hi Runolfur,

    Glad it got sorted – yeah, it’s just pulling a URL from the web, not running a PHP script so removing the PHP parser from the path should fix it.

    Hi Valentin – I just tried as you suggested – picked published only, did a keyword search, then did a quick edit and changes were saved correctly. Then I did a bulk edit and changed them all to drafts and it worked. So it appears if this issue is happening it is unique to your install.

    Let us know if this problem still persists – Ronald has indicated it only happened with one file and once he re-uploaded it via FTP there was no issue.

    Hi there – as long as the licenses are filtering correctly and you have the processor running on a minute by minute basis these issues should not occur. If you’ve tried your best and it still is not working you can submit a support request to our team and we can log in and take a specific look at the issue. Remember that if we find that your issue is a bug in the software the support request fee is refunded in full.

    Not a problem guys – there are a lot of facets to running on WordPress and although it may seem simple on the surface there are often little things that can go wrong or are unclear that cause these issues. Rest assured that we QC every release to the best of our ability and if our release instructions are followed all our plugins should work out of the box. Thanks for joining the community!

    Hi guys – Express is a theme, not a plugin – please upload it as a theme and it should work fine.

    As for video, this is a rather large plugin and due to technical limitations that are not related to Symbiostock sometimes uploading via FTP is a more viable option for large plugins like this.

    As Symbiostock runs on WooCommerce you can buy any number of third party plugins that provide private category functionality with WooCommerce. One such plugin is https://barn2.co.uk/woocommerce-private-products-password-protect-plugin/

    We are also looking into releasing a plugin that will provide this functionality in the future.

    Hey Hebstreit,
    With regards to 7.1, Symbiostock supports this version fully. Are you saying that it does not work if you switch the PHP version via htaccess? If so I can’t quite say why that would happen. Symbiostock detects the PHP version via Apache and PHP.
    As for the scheduling, you can use a feature built into Symbiostock under settings > media – there you can choose how many images to publish per weekday and how many per weekend and Symbiostock will limit it accordingly.

    Thanks for sharing that Valentin! Disabling plugins one by one to see the culprit is the best way to initially debug WP errors.

    Hey Mark,
    Thanks for the info – unfortunately Symbiostock does not integrate any rotating mechanisms into the software so if there is an issue it is likely with the JPEG itself and how it was or is encoded. Let us know if you find a solution!

    Yes, if you have the processor running every 30 minutes. It may in fact take longer if the processor has other tasks to complete first.

    Hi there – installing imagick is not a small thing and requires advanced linux knowledge. This is a system admin related query and is outside the scope of Symbiostock support. If you need assistance you are able to create a thread and discuss your steps and perhaps someone can assist in helping you but the Symbiostock support team can’t directly involve itself in server setups.
