Hi,
I am trying to install credit card payment option on my site.
Stripe is not available for my country, so I have installed WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Gateway(it has also credit card option) and i have configured everything on my site and on Braintree account (also the account is approved and active).
If you try to buy something, on checkout, first you don’t see the fields Credit Card number, etc, and if you select credit card and click place order, you get an error and the fields are there but you cannot type anything in them.
It looks like it is something on my side or maybe woocommerce.Has anyone encountered this problem with Braintree or other gateway?
Thanks!Solved. In case it happens to one of you: it was a Javascript plugin conflict. I have disabled plugins one by one – it was Autoptimize – the option “Optimize JavaScript Code”. The Woocommerce support is really fast, don’t hesitate to contact them in case of anything related to Woo.
Thanks for sharing that Valentin! Disabling plugins one by one to see the culprit is the best way to initially debug WP errors.
