I got a new sale today full size $20, new customer and no registration problem. 🙂
I followed all steps and did a normal registration test, everything is fine, i received email with my chosen password.
But when I try register using exiting username I am being redirect to the default wordpress login page without custom password field together with an error message said “this username is already registered, please choose another one”, then I entered new username and press submit again, I received another error message said ” this email is already registered, please choose another one”, which is the email that i use at my first attempt and did not register through.

First, do these checks:
- Upgrade WordPress to the latest version.
- Upgrade ALL plugins.
- Turn the Symbiostock theme OFF
- Turn premium plugin OFF and remove the emailer plugin *important*
- Reactivate the theme, and the emailer plugin should be updated.
Now try signing up with a test account via the usual way.
Toggling your theme simply ensures (in case you’ve missed it) that the latest email plugin for Symbio is installed.
I noticed a small hickup in my own registration process, the password not registering properly, but since doing the above it works for me.
Please do the same and let me know via the pole above where you stand.

when you say ” remove the emailer plugin *important*” do you mean the “SYMBIOSTOCK – Emails and Notifications” plugin?
same here I already removed Cathy’s site immediately after she sent me an email.

I still can’t find a way to remove the License, look like the only way is delete that image and re-upload.
Leo, can teach me how to remove those license display in my image page? those license is not working properly now because I had deleted it at “Quick License”.

Hi Christine, my cart is empty for your info, I clear all my cart item while I testing, the USD85 is the price I set for my Enhanced license price.

Do you try to change it to other “default” license? can you try? I am unable to change it after I set it to Enhanced License.
I have tried using the “edit” at individual image, the option is selecting “Standard License” but my live image page still set as default Enhanced license. See this images
live image page, the Large size image should be USD10 but the download button is showing Enhanced License price USD85,

If you can’t understand what I try to report, I think the faster way for me to solve my problem is to delete those images I test and re-upload, the error is there so I won’t use the “default license” again, until someone report the same issue in a better english.
