Deleted License but still showing at image page

I already deleted these two license at “Quick License”, but at photo page still showing, I try to edit at batch edit but the license options already disappeared. How to remove these two license show at my photo page http://plingstock.com/image/abstract-liquid-illustration-2/?

Where can I find the step by step of creating custom License? I have no luck for this, always end up with error every time I try.

Leo, can teach me how to remove those license display in my image page? those license is not working properly now because I had deleted it at “Quick License”.

Thanks Christine, you are always so helpful, I was away yesterday now only see your replied.

I still can’t find a way to remove the License, look like the only way is delete that image and re-upload.
