Thanks for the help no matter what. Also your work is outstanding
You’re welcome and Thanks 🙂
Sorry but your screenshot is of the area with the SS logo with the ladybird. Is that what you are talking about? Just above where the screenshot is cut looks like you are loading a normal sized image.
If you are talking about the lady bug then that is set it up under your “Profile page (Top Right hand corner) > “Symbiostock Profile and Extended Network Info” > Personal Photo
Maybe I am still misunderstanding?

That is most unfortunate. Some People switch on their Modems and switch off their Manners.

October 21, 2013 at 8:40 pm #5601Ok, that I’m afraid I am at a loss to explain. Perhaps someone else may know why you get thumbs on your image page instead of the proper preview with the watermark.

October 21, 2013 at 8:35 pm #5599Is this on your galleries or are you talking about the larger hover image from SYXtra?
Jo
October 21, 2013 at 8:32 pm #5583Check your messages. I suspect that this is a conflict between the old version of SYXtra and the new SymbioStock theme.

October 21, 2013 at 6:37 pm #4641Oh and I only know some of these things because I just worked on it recently. In a few weeks/months I won’t remember any more.

October 21, 2013 at 6:36 pm #4640Mine too! It sort of makes more sense to me 😀
Every day I keep thinking… someone REALLY needs to set up a Sticky Thread called FAQ and stick these quick tips in it. It’s counter productive to keep either retyping or looking for the relevant thread that contains the info hehe.

October 21, 2013 at 6:30 pm #4638To change the Text of the Cart Button go to Symbiostock > Symbiostock > Settings > “Product table “Cart” Button Name”.

October 21, 2013 at 6:15 pm #5581You should post a link for us to see but I think what you are wanting to achieve can be done by Appearance > Customize >SymbioStock Nav Menus > “Separate Search/Account Menu?”

October 21, 2013 at 4:05 pm #5251That huge orange bar is because of your menu. Press Control + A and you will see the text under the search.

October 21, 2013 at 3:36 pm #5427I think a lot of what was in the Clean Theme is now in part, included in the Theme in one way or another.

Leo said above he could give us an updated Clean Theme but he hasn’t been back since to provide a link…
As far as I understand it Leo isn’t the author of Clean Theme. The site for the theme also states that “SymbioThemes is temporarily closed.”
Perhaps the author of the Theme is busy updating it.

If i write it next to the logo and save it in Ps the size will change, does the Symbiostock template resizes it again to 423 px x 104 px as it is required by the main logo for header?
I speak under correction but under the new theme the size is not that important. Having said that, don’t make it huge as it defeats the whole point. Keep it at a max of 800-1000px width as it might get cropped as the page becomes narrower. You will have to test it for yourself.
I would avoid adding too much text into the logo but it is a personal preference. I am also not sure if that same image is not used elsewhere and if it is, it may be an issue with size etc.

October 21, 2013 at 1:14 pm #4813Just a couple of notes on my experience that may help readers further.
1. I had a few glitches with PayPal but my “Test” account did get created once I tried it out.
2. You WILL get an error if you are trying to log in via your ACTUAL site account. You must either log out and log in using your “Testing” account or simply use a different browser to log in with your “Testing” account.
3. You MUST use a completely different email address to your PayPal account. You also need to go check it so you can see if the emails arrive, test your download links etc.Hope this helps 🙂

October 21, 2013 at 1:12 pm #5579Hi and welcome!
Diana Jo wrote a wonderful tutorial (that I personally used and got it working for myself) and it is available via this post…
http://www.symbiostock.org/topic/299/how-to-create-a-paypal-sandbox-account/
It’s fairly easy to understand so go read it. She took the time out to write it to help all of us 🙂
