Thanks Leo, I’ll give that a try.
I’m on version 3.3.4 and registration is working fine. Although the registration page still says “a password will be emailed to you” it sends the password picked by the new user.

Glad you managed to get it sorted Christine. I still don’t get an option to select a number of images, I’ve tried activating and de-activating the cart manager, as I think I read somewhere that there was a conflict, but it made no difference.
I do have the plug in appearing under the Bee tab, and managed to get as far as inserting the code, but then there was no option to select a number of images.
Strangely, after I installed the plug in it seems to appear as 2 separate plug ins – one called “Symbiostock – Genetics Lab” and the other called “.$name.” with the description “Small miniplugin generated by Symbiostock Genetics Lab”
I’ve just bought and installed the Genetics Lab Plug-in so that I can increase the number of images per page.
The instructions say “After inserting this code, an option will appear at the bottom of the Symbiostock Genetics Lab panel – asking you to insert the number of posts you’d like to see per page on search results. Simply input the number and your done!“
But no option appears for me, only the message “Operation successful. Code Infused!”
Yes I’m using a header I uploaded to the media library, but it doesn’t seem to override the title box.
If I give my home page the title “home page” or “Ruth Black Photography” it comes up under my header banner and doesn’t look good, so I’ve left that box blank.
Is there a way to name the page without it appearing on the actual home page?

Can I also just ask a really stupid question, when I look at my themes the only one active is the child theme CleanTheme 2, and the actual Symbiostock theme shows as inactive. My site is working perfectly, but I’m just confused as I thought a child theme had to have a parent theme in order to work?
It was actually my site that had the same problem.
I think it was caused by my not following the exact instructions when the last big upgrade happened.
From what I remember there was a plug in that should have been removed and then re-added after the upgrade. I meant to try to follow the steps when the next upgrade appeared but I can’t find that thread anymore!
I did email Leo to see if he could help, but I haven’t had a reply so far. If you do find a solution I would be very keen to know!
Could you add to the list – vertical images are being cropped to a square on the collections page, thanks very much
Thanks Jo Ann and Christine for the suggestion, and the nice comments, I’ve added in the extra categories which is probably more obvious than having the customer click on the top header anyway.
Not working for me either, hope it’s a glitch and not a feature, as I think it’s a really useful tool
