Hi, I’ve just set up my website this week, and so far it has gone fairly smoothly but I’ve now hit upon the exact same problem as the OP. I’ve set up a customer account with a different email and made a test purchase – the Paypal payment goes through no problem and I’ve received both sets of emails (customer and seller versions) and am returned to the “Customer Licence and File Management Area”, but when I try to download the image I get a blank white screen.
I’m on WordPress Version 3.6.1, Symbiostock version 2.6.5 and am running the CleanTheme template.
Really appreciate any help here, as I am a complete beginner with WordPress, thanks very much!
