“Account/Cart menu” on same line as “Header Menu”

I’ve successfully updated to version 2.9.4 and downloaded Dragonfly Cosmo theme.

My front page still has a long way to go but the thing that I really can’t seem to fix is that the Account/cart menu (including the search bar) is no longer at the top of the page, but looks like it is on top of the Header menu.

Hopefully I’ve just missed something really obvious, but I would appreciate any help on how to get it back to the top of the page, level with my site name.

WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Symbiostock Nav Menus > Separate Search/Account Menu? – pick radio button of your choice for fixed or floating.
