Without Symbiostock Express, just go your Symbiostock > Settings and click ‘Personalize Product Page’ – this way when someone selects a license, the editorial tag will show up along with the resolution. This should work with pretty much all themes.
Ah, well then it definitely has nothing to do with Symbiostock. It’s extremely easy to disable notifications – it’s just one hook. So it’s possible a plugin has done that or you did that some time ago and don’t remember. Might be tough to locate though.
The update system is not Symbiostock specific so it should probably have nothing to do with that. Any other plugins having that issue? Sure you didn’t add a function somewhere that prevents update notifications?
That’s very weird. Regarding the distribution to agencies – are you using the distributor or uploading yourself?
I’ll have to look into the EPS 10 thing. I do know that different versions of Imagick do different things so it is possible the version you have installed is causing problems for some odd reason.
I’ve increased the number of keywords spidered and displayed in 2.1.15 – should rectify the issue.

Hey Tham – I just tried it out and was able to apply as a contributor using your URL. Maybe there was a delay with disabling sitelock or maybe you put in a typo when you put your URL in – either way give it another try and use another browser too if it doesn’t work.

I’ll look into it Steve – we have a limit on the number of keywords we spider and display, but it’s possible there’s something else so I’ll look into it.
Good suggestions – and no, we’re not compromising on the video plugin at all. It’s very important, however we have to gauge how much time goes where because this entire project is very large.
As I said, the video player needs to be changed so that it plays MP4s, and this will be implemented once we have the chance to do so. However, right now it functions without much hassle and looks great, so additional functionalities are not critical to its working, but are definitely desirable.
Regardless, once the new mechanism is in place, you will have some way of removing the watermarks from the images, even if you have to manually re-save them, or we may be able to implement some sort of automated regeneration process. I do not think it is worth delaying adding media for this reason.
I’ll have to look into it, however we are using VIDEOJS. You can easily override pretty much everything you want with that knowledge. One thing is although we include the videoJS source, currently it is being sourced from a CDN server not the files on your install.
There is no ETA on this right now. You have the option of disabling watermarks altogether using the instructions I posted above and once this functionality is added you can have Symbiostock regenerate all your image watermarks.
Yes, as Chris said – you can also edit a product and the ID will be in the URL.

Can you explain what you mean by ‘SKU Count’? Do you mean the SKU number for each photo?
When you create a new product in Symbiostock/WooCommerce, it gets its own unique product ID, which is what we generally use as its unique identification number. However, if you have an external system that uses a unique SKU identification label and you’d like to synchronize Symbiostock to that, that’s a different story. Currently we do not extract that ID from the exif data automatically, but you can use the built in ‘extra exif’ function in your Symbiostock > Settings page to get that out of your images if it is already embedded.
If you want a unique SKU to be created with each image, that would need to be custom coded. I would suggest just using the product ID itself if you don’t have an external system to sync with.
