Hi Theresa- please read the instructions under that filter. The minimum pixels is the area, not just one side- so multiply the width by the height of your small images and find an average area that you feel separates your small from large images.

    Hi Theresa,

The best way to do this is to use the filters for each license – you can set the minimum pixel count for the larger license so that it does not apply to smaller images.

The reason it keeps showing up is Symbiostock auto-applied licenses when any product is saved in order to keep your store organized and streamlined. You are able to disable this on a per license basis but using filters is usually better.

    Hi Jason
It appears your issue is related to the processor not being executed properly. This is required for downloads and so if you are getting failed executions then it will not work. Feel free to send me your login details via pm for both WordPress and the cron job org website and I can take a look for you.

    Hi Jacob,

This is a result of WooCommerce vendors, not Symbiostock Vendors. If you use Symbiostock only, it operates as expected using the base users list. However WooCommerce creates its own list of Vendors which, as you have outlined, can be different than the users list. I’m glad you’ve figured it out and sometimes these things just take a bit of twiddling to get used to.

Hi there – it is the URL portion within the quotes:

    https://www.theresasheridan.com/?c=1&ss_c=134f33d9a3182de5d5fa

However, I would recommend, since this has been publicized, that you click on “reset cron code”, then submit, then refresh the page, then cut and paste the url with the new secret code into the cron job website.

Hi there – it should be very easy.

Sign up, click on cronjobs, and click create cronjob.

Then under address put in the URL portion of the command found in your Symbiostock > Settings > System tab. It will start with https and end with some random characters.

Do not enable HTTP authentication, Schedule it to every minute, and click save. It should be done.

    Hi Theresa,

Yes, it all has to do with the processor. I answered the same question in your other post, but basically you can use a third party trigger such as:

    https://cron-job.org/en/

If your control panel does not support it. Once done everything should work smoothly.

    Hi Theresa,

You cannot use a WordPress plugin for the cron as the processor will not complete properly randomly that way. The best way is to use a third party trigger if your control panel does not support it, such as:

    https://cron-job.org/en/

Hi there – please create a separate install of WordPress and Symbiostock and compare the licenses you’ve created to the default ones that come with Symbiostock. It is very likely that you have some setting incorrectly set that is not applying the licenses correctly to the media you want.

Hi there – I think the best option is to create a square box for the maximum size – ie, 3600×3600, and so whether it is vertical or horizontal that will always end up being the longest side.

Hey Steve – 7.0 works quite well.

And actually, the best answer for the lack of a web upload for vendors is that it is unreliable – if you upload files larger than 500k to 1MB, WordPress can sometimes crash and prevent it from being completed. This introduces a lot of unwanted management and issues and so to reduce this we restrict it to FTP uploads only.

Hi Jacob – the web upload functionality simply has not been integrated into the vendor user accounts. This was also done for a security measure as we want to keep the vendor upload functionality restricted to FTP.

Most support is done via the forum but as Vendors is a large plugin, you can private message me if you require specific needs and we can see if we can tweak or add features as is necessary.

Also be aware that since WordPress does not have access to your hosting control panel, you have to manually create the associated FTP accounts yourself. Symbiostock will tell you exactly where to point the FTP account, but as control panels can vary from custom, to cPanel, to Plesk, we cannot yet automate the creation of FTP accounts.

Hi Mark – there is no point to running it multiple times as the cron job will not run while it is running elsewhere. This is not the way the system works and it checks to see if the processor is still running before triggering.
