Order shows complete but customer never received download email notification [resolved]

I’m trying to test this by purchasing images myself, and I’m manually running the process because I can’t figure out how to schedule it just yet. The order does show complete….I did not manually set this myself….but I never received the download notification. What other settings do I need to check?

So I changed the order back to processing, then manually ran the processor in Symbiostock, then the order changed to complete and I received the email to download the images.

But, the command is not processing automatically, as I have entered it in the WP Crontrol plugin.

I can’t really launch this until I get this processing thing figured out, so that customers can get their downloads in a timely manner. What do I need to do here?

Yes, it all has to do with the processor. I answered the same question in your other post, but basically you can use a third party trigger such as:

https://cron-job.org/en/

If your control panel does not support it. Once done everything should work smoothly.
