Thanks, Robin! I get the information on that page, but I only want that the licenses that aren’t an option with the photo aren’t shown. So only the licenses that are able to select at the top are shown. I don’t mind that this tab is shown, but it’s a bit weird that all the different licenses are shown, even the ones that aren’t available.
Is there a way to change that?
I’m not sure if I understand your problem but have you set the “Core Auto-apply Filters” and the “Supplementary Auto-apply Filters” for your licenses? This is where you define which licenses are available with the file type.

March 4, 2016 at 2:18 pm #25947Tham, I think you should take a step back to be able to see the big picture. Symzio ist trying to find a compromise to accommodate as many contributors from totally different backgrounds as possible while still being very competitive to other agency models, yet flexible to contributors. Not everyone likes the approach of “you must be the cheapest to make a sale”, which I believe isn’t valid anyway.
We’ve been discussing the pricing for weeks and have eventually found a model that works for most of the contributors.
If you think you could improve your sales by introducing more prices and sizes, you still have the freedom to do as you please on your own Symbiostock website. I don’t think it’ll do any good but please let us know if it works out well on your site.March 4, 2016 at 7:26 am #25945I don’t have an answer for you but I think it’s a great feature request.
February 29, 2016 at 12:24 am #25913also if i copy and paste the cron job line from the settings page to my cron job scheduled tasks and press test url it comes up with ‘your domian is not available’
Try to copy and paste only the URL part (not the entire command line) into your cron scheduler and see if that works. That’s what I had to do.
February 26, 2016 at 11:44 pm #25889Have you checked your images on the website? Because on my site ALT tags are generated and published by default.
February 26, 2016 at 12:00 am #25879Sorry, I’m an idiot.
I had a plugin “Easy Update Manager” installed that manages which update notifications appear and which automatic updates are executed etc. When I did this I wanted to disable the WooCommerce update reminders and the automatic WP core updates.
I must have have gotten distracted after installation of this plugin because I didn’t fine tune the settings and I actually totally forgot about the plugin.Anyway, plugin settings have been tuned now and everything works as it should be. Sorry for keeping y’all busy with my stupidity.
February 25, 2016 at 10:25 am #25875Hmm, I only added the WP core auto update removal function.
But I don’t see a WooCommerce update notification either and I’m still on 2.4.12.
February 24, 2016 at 1:54 am #25860I am in for the FB Group too. Having said that, why have the interaction among contributors there rather than here?
If we are going to spend our time on another (additional) site(s), would it make more sense to do something with Linkedin? Isn’t that where our customers may be more likely to find us?
Just asking…and perhaps suggesting.
George
My very simple answer would be “Because EVERYBODY is on Facebook.”.
February 24, 2016 at 12:46 am #25857Welcome aboard!
I think the FB contributors group is a great idea.
February 24, 2016 at 12:31 am #25856What do I need to do if I don’t want to / have another website? Is there a way or would I need to buy another domain?
No, you don’t need to buy another domain.
I think there are 2 easy ways to do it.1. You install the Symbiostock plugin into your existing WP after switching the theme to anything else but the old Symbiostock theme (and after installing WooCommerce) and then start the migration process. I didn’t do it that way but I’m sure others might be able to help if you want to go this route.
2. Here’s what I did. I created a directory like “new-symbio” or whatever and installed a brand new WordPress + WooCommerce based on the default WP theme (I think it was TwentyFifteen). Then I installed the Symbiostock plugin. Then I started the image/product migration which took some hours. After everything was migrated I simply pointed my domain to that “new-symbio” directory.
February 23, 2016 at 12:12 am #25844Just create one or multiple menus (Appearance -> Menus) and place them in your footer.
February 20, 2016 at 4:28 am #25818I’m not familiar with the Symbiostock Express theme. Your images probably show up vertically because they don’t fit into your theme horizontally so either downsize the thumbs or limit the number of thumbs or give them a wider area to show up in. Try it with 2 thumbs in a 2 column footer and see what happens.
Maybe someone who’s using the widget in Symbiostock Express theme can chime in.February 20, 2016 at 2:56 am #25816Trying to setup the widget however I can’t find 1 column optinos. There are only 2, 3, 4 columns options in Footer Layout. Am I missing anything? Thanks for any help.
How your footer is organized (or how many columns are offered) is a matter of your theme, it doesn’t have anything to do with the Symzio widget.
The widget will let you define how many images at which size will be displayed.February 5, 2016 at 12:10 am #25702The search functionality in woocommerce doesn’t search by product tags by default.
I’ve installed this plugin some weeks ago and it works fine for me : https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-by-product-tags-for-woocommerce/Hope it can help…
Thanks for the tip. However, you might want to be careful with this one. I tried it and it gave me a fatal error (memory allowance) when searching for very generic tags like ‘man’ or ‘woman’. It worked well with more specific search keywords. I have 256MB memory limit with about 2600 images.
