Just to re-mention it, I could use some admin priveleges to make sure that issue gets fixed – thus saving people unecessary work/trouble.
Make me an admin account leo [at] symbiostock.com if you wish.
OK, email is on its way.

Should I put the customer file management area page as the page customers are redirected to?
OK…how do I do that?
I unfortunately made that change in my PayPal account….should I just leave the redirect page blank there?
But it seems PayPal does need a return URL…what should that URL be?

October 10, 2013 at 8:10 pm #4203ok, but how? I’m on the phone with PayPal and they can’t figure it out. DO I have something set up incorrectly on my Symbio site?

Let me know if you want me to do a test purchase from my account.
That would be awesome. When I send you a refund will you get the full amount back, or does PayPal take a portion?

October 10, 2013 at 4:04 pm #4171Thank you! I love yours, too. Such beautiful beasties. And very nice copy…friendly and welcoming.
October 10, 2013 at 3:46 pm #4169I use the slideshow plugin, and it took me a while to realize that using the dollar sign in a description ($) makes the letters or numbers directly after it disappear, until you hit a period (.). So, for example, I was putting “$9.99” in the popup description area, and it kept coming up as “$.99.” on my site. “USD9.99” works fine.
October 10, 2013 at 1:30 pm #2964It was an extremely unfortunate turn of events.
October 8, 2013 at 11:46 am #3921Christine gave this great answer on another thread:
Go to
Appearance
Menu
Above Header Menu
There will be lots of items here
click on the tiny down triangle on each item title bar to open up the options
Click Delete
Repeat with each item you do not want in the above header areaOctober 7, 2013 at 7:59 pm #3919In your WordPress dashboard, go to appearance, then menus, then create a new menu (I called mine main menu). To the left you’ll see all the links you can add to that menu. Check only the ones you want. Then go over to “menu settings” on the right hand side under “menu structure,” and check “above header menu” and “header menu.” That’s what worked for me…though I’m definitely a newbie.
October 6, 2013 at 11:26 pm #3899Got it. Thanks!
October 6, 2013 at 1:57 pm #3897Is there some way to get rid of the sidebar completely?
