How did those of you with live sites test purchasing to make sure it worked?
Make a purchase from one paypal account (your own if you have two or a friends) paid into your own that is associated with symbiostock, either reduce the price of the item you are buying or refund after you are sure it works.
Like Cathy I could not make head not tail of the sandbox so did it live.

No the refund is in full, but you will lose 35 cent on the refund. But I dont need the refund, its only a couple of dollar. Consider it a fee for the work you did for us 😉

Its not working, everything is fine, up until I click the download button. The file is not downloading.

This is very likely showing the need to UP your memory. Or perhaps something else. I saw this on another site and if you don’t mind I’d like to address it today.
ok, but how? I’m on the phone with PayPal and they can’t figure it out. DO I have something set up incorrectly on my Symbio site?
I’ve seen this before and I can’t say its your problem or not. Simply set me up with an admin account (leo [at] symbiostock.com) and I’ll see whats causing it. In some rare instances I see this.
Should I put the customer file management area page as the page customers are redirected to?
No – you shouldn’t have to change anything. I’m almost certain its a memory issue, but it could be something else. If you set me up with an admin account I can save you a lot of work.
Blank screen – is that the php.ini 5.4 problem – changing to 5.3 should fix it if so (unless Leo can find a reason)?

paypal refunds any fees in full — they just make 2 entries in your history
