They sneaked that in very quietly, I did a refund on an account for another business the other week and we did not lose anything

I read about it recently. It is free if used to buy within the USA. For me every transaction will be international.

Thats not a refund, thats a regular local transaction.
The 30 cent is kept by PayPal.
Commercial Transaction Refund Fee
If you refund a Commercial Transaction payment, we will retain only the Fixed Fee portion of the Commercial Transaction Fee.The buyer’s Account will be credited with the full Commercial Transaction payment amount.
Your Account will be charged with the amount initially credited to your Account in connection with the Commercial Transaction payment and the Fixed Fee portion of the Commercial Transaction Fee.
Just to re-mention it, I could use some admin priveleges to make sure that issue gets fixed – thus saving people unecessary work/trouble.

I suppose it depends on what they term commercial transactions, on my nailart site we have not been penalised for customers mucking things up, if we were we would deduct that amount from refunds, especially those who duplicate their orders, sometimes 3 or 4 times!

I’m applying ALL fixes to the latest version (the latest being the best)
You appear to have a rather unmodified site (no custom styles, basic) would you mind if I put you on the latest version with the most fixes? It will appear different with the menus, but there’s LOTS of improvements visually and otherwise.
I can apply/test all the fixes I do with this version so I’m offering to upgrade you in the process.

Goign to use it as a christmas card for my friends and family and probably use it on my blog.
