Hi Leo, thanks for the kind words. I got your email, been very busy though. I replied yesterday as well.
I am not sure I understand all these tax things and issues. Fact is, I dont want to collect VAT, the process of reporting VAT is cumbersome and I am not going to comply. I just want to block the EU from purchasing my images to be honest. Hopefully a lot of people will do the same so that the EU might change their mind if enough customers start to complain.
Most my sales have been from the US anyways. So I am interested in your plugin if it offers the option to block EU customers.

RonLeo, maybe through integration of the payment system you can block customers from the 27 EU countries from purchasing an image and instead have a pop up appear with the warning? That way I/we can keep our site open for non EU customers.
I see this thing has a pulse again, too bad I have to close my site or disable the seller section come Jan 1st. #EUVAT
Unless someone has a workaround.
Guys, Leo clearly said he is no longer working on Symbiostock as he is working on other projects, call it what you want, but retirement seems close enough to me.
Obviously there is a bug, or I am this stupid?
Why is it not being fixed? Leo, when do you have time to fix this, please? I am really worried, you are too busy, and that has me concerned.
I am not here to attack anyone, I am just worried about my site, and I have no way of fixing this stuff. I am reliable on others. WHen the next version is released, hopefully bugfree, I will upgrade and never upgrade again.

I am not the only one with problems, if you read this thread multiple people have problems and the problems have been explained in detail.
I am shocked to see the replies here telling me its my problem and that there is nothing wrong with symbiostock. The way criticism of symbiostock is addressed is not healthy.
And if its my problem only, I cant fix it, so I am now stuck with a broken site. What options does that leave me?
I was afraid this would happen when Leo announced his retirement. There is obviously a serious bug, and I hope it will be fixed today. It cant be that I am running an unsupported piece of software.
Whats the word on this? Is Symbiostock abandoned? Or will it be a supported piece of software? Please be honest about this, so I can make an informed decision about the future of my site.

Please send confirmation email.
This is the third email that takes me back to the same login an request for a reset. The original password sent to me does not work. It is rejected and I cannot access the site to purchase photos. Please advise or correct this problem.
This password is repeatedly rejected and the reset process does not lead to a password. I cannot login to the site. Please help.
Same here, I finally have a buyer again and now I probably lost the sale because of this issue. This needs to be fixed ASAP as this is pivotal to selling images.

Nope, doesnt work when using a space to search, It defaults to 96, unless I disable the Genetics Lab and then I get more images. But still clicking page two doesnt work.
Thanks guys, I am going to add those keywords now. My SEO is as best as it can get for now. Unless I put in a ton more work, which is fine, I just need to get to it. LOL
What happens if I put all my keywords in my description? Will Google punish me? Or will it have no effect at all?
