Hey there – if JPEGs are reading fine, then it is specific to EPS files. This appears to be a server host issue as they may have changed the way Imagick is operating, or even altered the permissions on EPS files. Is it possible they have banned access to these files because they noticed that parsing them was using lots of CPU and memory? (because EPS files require a LOT of resources)
Please contact them as I am 99% sure it is something related to the changes they have made in their “network update”.
October 6, 2018 at 3:42 am #33100Hi Stewart,
The issue is the cron job – if you have to run it once a day, orders will not get processed and the whole system will have issues.
Can you try popping your cron job into a third party tool and see if that rectifies the issue?:
https://cron-job.org/en/Also, make sure you never set the order to complete yourself – the processor must do it.
October 6, 2018 at 3:40 am #33099October 6, 2018 at 3:39 am #33098If you have unstarred the three that are showing up, then this must be a cache issue – do you have your site running through a CDN like CloudFlare, or do you have any cache plugins running? This does not appear to be a Symbiostock Express issue if you have definitely unstarred the previous images. Are any other changes on the front page showing up?
October 6, 2018 at 3:37 am #33096Hi there – downloads can never be instant as with Symbiostock Pro the processor creates the download after it is placed. So there will always be some sort of delay.
You can upgrade woocommerce to compatible versions of Symbiostock. Generally it is not recommended to upgrade WooCommerce past what we have tested Symbiostock with as there may be unforseen bugs.
October 6, 2018 at 3:36 am #33094Hey there,
We don’t strictly have a refund policy as once you have the software technically there is no way to “return it” – however if it fails to perform as specified and you contact us, we can generally work something out. If you’re not comfortable setting it up, you can ask questions in the forum and someone will likely be able to help you. Most people find it reasonably simple without too much technical expertise.October 2, 2018 at 12:06 pm #33079Hi there – you can find a full tutorial on specifically this here:
https://www.symbiostock.org/docs/replicating-the-symbiostock-express-demo-site/
There you can see the import options and what not to replicate the demo site. You may have to customize certain things here and there but overall it should be relatively straight forward.
Thanks!
