Hi Jacob,
Yes, it is a percentage of the whole image. Once you change this it takes time for the processor to re-process all the thumbnails. Also make sure the original watermark image you are uploading is indeed cropped properly; sometimes there can be some non-transparent pixels that make it much larger than you might thing in which case Symbiostock is going to resize it according to the full square including those edges.
January 30, 2019 at 1:58 pm #34074Hi Valentin,
This is quite normal behavior if you have not organized your outgoing mail stuff. Although this guide is for cPanel, it is control panel independent:https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+to+Keep+your+Email+Out+of+the+Spam+Folder
Mainly this involves setting up correct DKIM and SPF records in your DNS settings. Once setup, test, and it will likely fix the issue. If it does not, you may want to use a third party service for your transactional emails which is more complex to setup.
January 23, 2019 at 2:17 pm #34044Hi Taylor,
Thanks very much for the suggestion. You are correct, this would be exceedingly complex to implement given the way WordPress works. We will look into integrating it with Symbiostock Express as this may be possible from a thematic perspective with minimal alteration to the database.
Will let you know!January 23, 2019 at 2:15 pm #34042January 18, 2019 at 2:38 pm #34009January 18, 2019 at 2:37 pm #34005January 18, 2019 at 2:36 pm #34004Please try using the quick guide here:

January 18, 2019 at 2:35 pm #34003Hi Theresa,
Once you update the license, please click on “Update prices” and “Update license” in the same license edit page. Then the processor (assuming it is running correctly) will update it systematically. You could also re-save the product manually and it should remove the large license assuming you have added the filter correctly.
January 16, 2019 at 2:31 am #33993Hi Anthony – you should not be manually adding licenses as variations to most images. Generally you want this automated. If you do want a license you can apply manually (the free one), under the license edit page you need to click “Exclude from auto-filtering” then save. Now if you add it to a product it should stay even after saving. Using this method, you may still have to enable the virtual and downloadable as manual license application, though possible, is generally not recommended.
Download links are generated by the processor (cron job) systematically and yes, all of that is managed by Symbiostock.
