That is a strange error, but if linking the image directly works, then there is some problem happening on your server that is preventing Symbiostock from serving the file using the other methods. That would be very hard to diagnose remotely. Have you contacted your host about it?
Hi there – that appears to possibly be a hardware issue with your server. It appears the file is corrupted. Please check with your hosting company. Another thing you can do is test a different image by removing your current images from the upload directory. It could be unique to that one image too.

Are you sure you have Imagick PHP installed, and not just ImageMagick? If it is installed and activated, then Symbiostock should see it. Symbiostock does not use any advanced mechanisms of testing this – it just checks PHP and PHP tells it it’s not running. It is definitely a hosting issue – I recommend you run it by your people again, and use the phpinfo() function to confirm.Hi there – you can increase this number using a custom hook, but it is generally not recommended. That’s a normal function – you see WooCommerce does not protect and hide the download files so Symbiostock creates a false URL. The issue here is that for some reason when the download is being initiated WooCommerce is not handing the download over to Symbiostock.
I can’t think of any reason why the URL changing would cause this behavior. I am guessing some other setting must be altered, though I’m not sure which one. Perhaps go to WooCommerce settings and see changing the download method for digital downloads may make a difference. Other than that, you might have to submit a support request if you need us to go in and take a custom look. Mind you also that if it’s a bug with Symbiostock, you will not be charged for the support request.

Hi Jbester – you can, but the system requires that the processor run once a minute, not just for image processing but a lot of other things.
Hey Theresa – glad Chris could rectify your issue. As for PHP 7.2, shouldn’t be an issue but we have not done extensive testing on it.

As Symbiostock runs on WooCommerce, you would simply need some plugin that allows users to pay using Facebook likes within WooCommerce.
I did a quick search and the closest I could find is plugins that allow you to offer customers a coupon if they do a facebook like, however there may be full solutions out there. This would be something outside the scope of our support, however, as we don’t readily develop for WooCommerce.
