I’m afraid I have to agree with the undeciders on this, even doing a simple search using trafficestimate.com site it says the site has had 14,800 hits in the last 30 days, which is about 494 hits a day! I wonder how many daily hits the Microstock sites get?

I Couldn’t see also anywhere on the site how they actually promote their site to get visitors and where from either, before putting money into something like that I would like to know stats like that and what audience and customers they have, I accept every site has to start somewhere but the domain was registered back in 2009.

Christine I decided to use a UK hosting company and never had any speed issues, their support is very good too, any issues I had were always responded to in minutes, are you using a US host? I use unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk

I’m using Leo’s updated Clean Theme on 2.9.4 by the way.

Its does exactly the same on early versions of IE and a lot of andoid tablets and mobile phones, ( I tried my site on all the tablets in PCWorld the other day, I was asked 6 times if I needed help 🙂 )
I thought the best solution would be to force the site to use desktop mode rather than mobile view regardless of browser or device, but Leo looked into it and said it would require too much work, so I think if you want a site that can work on all tablets and mobile devices your best sticking with symbio 2.6.5 🙁

Try installing the plugin Quick Cache By PriMoThemes.com / WebSharks, Inc. it adds a button at the top of your admin area and clears the cache on clicking.

If you have purchased the Clean Theme the original version wont work with the current version 2.9.4 of Symbio without modification, If you email Leo he has a modified version that will work with the latest version of Symbio.

Leo, I’m running the Clean Theme and am very happy with it, except for the issue with the older versions of IE8 and below trying to run as a mobile site, Is there a way to force Symbio to run as a desktop site regardless of browser or device?

Do you need to go to 2.9.0 first then up to 2.9.2? I’ve gone straight to 2.9.2 followed the instructions but not got the new turn off customizer feature?

Go to Appearance and then Themes and under the main symbiostock theme you should see the word Update, It should say the latest version is 2.8.9.

Beaware a few of us are having issues with Clean Theme running in IE8 and below, its trying to ad a mobile site when it should be the desktop version,
