Can you tell me if you are using the latest Symbio or not?

Leo – I am really struggling with the homepage still. None of the hompages call the CTA widgets properly. and now with the 2.7.1 upgrade all of them bar Home Page SImple add a blue bar at the bottom which is a comments area accruing to firebug.
Little help?
That problem is fixed!
It turns out wordpress micromanages the widget’s layout a little too much. It was quite an intensive project getting it to work. Now your widgets look proper. In fact, if you change your CSS a bit, you will also get those nice gradient headers (otherwise your going to keep your blank-clean ones). Your choice, but looking good!
For gradient widget headers see here: http://www.clipartillustration.com/

Hi guys –
This is just a reminder. Many of you probably realize I’m building up the metamorphosis version as well as the premium version to be at a final point of stability. No changes, no stress.
I’m overdue to start going into some other horizons. I’ll be keeping up with general Symbiostock related things, but development is soon to end 😀 for a loooonngggg time after a reasonable degree of stability is achieved. This is a welcome thing right? 😀
Anyway, for those who are testing the metamorphosis version thank you very much and keep those observations/bug reports coming!
Hi Leo,
Please check your link…
http://www.symbiostock.com/products-page/upgrades-and-plugins/
It loops back to the front page. I just realised that license options are only available through the premium purchase and now I am stuck with a site I can’t launch and two people have already registered. I don’t know how they found the two day old site and why they registered when the site says it is under construction, but I see it is already listed on Google.
I don’t mind that it is an extra charge but it would be nice to know up front AND that a person can get the plugin. Without it I’m stuck.
Please fix the link so I can buy the plugin and launch my site. Thanks for all your hard work!
Jo
All set
October 6, 2013 at 7:14 pm #3715I’ll have some more today. But so far so good. Give clean-theme a rest for now. Besides you will be able to change quite a few things to bring about a similar look. If I’m not mistaken Amanda is working up a clean-theme update.
October 6, 2013 at 7:14 pm #3840Everything is back up now.
October 6, 2013 at 7:08 pm #3839Thats strange. I’ll get right on that — it should be available!!!
October 5, 2013 at 8:32 pm #3870As I wrap up the Symbiostock project, I’ll be verifying everything is working properly in the uploader/processor. Thanks for noting this and keep it updated if you find anything. Perhaps I changed something and inadvertently tweaked something out of order. Its hard to say.

Today and tomorrow I’m working on an illustration job. But when I get back to this I’m going to take care of those ugly panels you pointed out on your home page. It wasn’t supposed to go down that way.
October 3, 2013 at 9:48 pm #3638LOL I can only handle MSG in small amounts (no pun intended) due to characters like him.

Leo, your new theme looks great but “the invisible dropdown menus bug” is back..
your dropdown menus are invisible on IE9 again..
Nightmare! I’ll see what I can do. Thanks for mentioning it.
October 3, 2013 at 9:39 pm #3706Matt! Its a real treat to see you back!!!
Thanks everyone – I’m continually noting all the things mentioned. Christine made a funny analogy about how this project gets more complex with every feature/relationship added to it.
Right now I’m seeing this project through to the last details, but I’m treating it as a glorified hobby at this point. Today I’m working on an illustration job then I’ll get back to this hopefully soon. I noticed a few minor issues on every site thats deployed it, and I’ll be sure to machine-gun those down soon.
October 3, 2013 at 5:20 am #3694No — my keywords are older than symbiostock. I don’t think you should copy me 😀

people are over – reacting — first, it’s only been a couple of days, and google is still working out kinks
Let’s hope that it is only temporary kink in Google search – but the charts indicate a consistent decline over the last 2-3 WEEKS, not just a couple of days
Google hummingbird was deployed about that long ago – silently – its just the talk is out as of a few days ago. I believe this is the real issue. Nothing else has changed.

Man, that is looking Sweet!!
Great job Leo. Look forward to moving to that version very soon.As different as each one is, they are not even using child themes. Its all out-of-the-box customization.
October 3, 2013 at 1:30 am #3689Update 2.7.1:
Examples of the new version at work:

[/list]Huge control over the “image page” is now available in the customizer area. ALSO you can control rounded corners or not on your minipics. Lots of improvements made around the site for layout and cleanness.
