If they offered something like no charges until they launch and a 3 month up front option I’d be much more likely to give them a chance.
I’m fairly certain thats exactly whats being offered. Its still in testing, which means you get to enjoy all the nuclear testing while roasting marshallows on someone else’s dime! 🙂
November 17, 2013 at 1:26 am #7701Are you using the “SETTINGS” in the “BEE” tab? Thats the one this system uses.
November 17, 2013 at 12:02 am #3263In a nutshell, I think its good to give it a try since its initially free 😀 Its not just some hack site, but has some major technology behind the search, so give it a shot!
November 16, 2013 at 11:44 pm #7699Hi there!
First, the logo issue and the link are the same — the link is showing because the image you are referencing does not exist – so whats happening is its just showing the link portion of the html – not the image.
Here is the link its referencing: http://sportillustrations.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/sportillustrations-main-logo-header-423-x-104.png
So you may wish to double check it still exists and hasn’t been deleted, or the link still exists.
The reason why your menu appears big is that you have an orange text layer on an orange background. That can be fixed by assigning the “cart/account” menu to a location. Its best to simply leave that particular menu empty, and it will give you the two default important links.
November 16, 2013 at 11:10 pm #7592Yes – there are options, but its a bit to set up. The issue is that if I suggest it I’ll end up with a forum full of people saying Symbiostock doesn’t work. 🙂
But Super Cache will help you immensely. The trick is to set it up and leave it, which means avoiding maintenancing your site as well, because you have to turn off caching to see CSS changes and such.
I’d suggesting having a whole forum set up for caching alone, and perhaps security plugins. Both of them are needed, but require some knowledge. At this point I’d avoid putting excessive burden on people.
November 16, 2013 at 9:46 pm #7659Noted. I’ll dust up those details. For the sake of easy transition I had to hack the process a bit. Looks like I have to hack the transaction too 😀

I don’t think they are the same though. I cannot log in two the photographers section with the front page login details.
JoYou posted while I was writing. Its possible they have to confirm your account. I’ll ask quickly.
November 16, 2013 at 9:14 pm #3258EDIT
The second one you mention is the correct one to sign up. After that, its the first link you use to log in. Thanks for mentioning.November 16, 2013 at 8:49 pm #7590It sounds like a few of you might be ready to start using caching. Believe it or not, caching is fairly standard in the world of wordpress. I haven’t been suggesting it too heavily because I don’t want people accidentally caching things like the customer page.
November 16, 2013 at 8:39 pm #3256November 16, 2013 at 9:50 am #7650I’ll keep that in mind as I’m still working on it. This was a simple “safe” upgrade to see how it goes. Also Justin from PE needed to move forward with making Symbiostock integration available.
November 16, 2013 at 9:23 am #7649Yep. License pages are a new feature – anything you create there is new. The other feature is left over, and still referencing the original pages you set up. Both work – only the newer one allows editing of all values.
Edit – the origin now called “quick licenses” can be used to set up licenses that reference off site.
November 16, 2013 at 8:13 am #7646Yeah, I’m working on stuff beside the comp 😀
November 16, 2013 at 6:54 am #7640November 16, 2013 at 6:49 am #3249*This feature is active only for Premium plugin users (1.2.6+) using Symbiostock base version 2.9.7+*
Update to the versions stated above, and follow the directions in the opening post. Things should be quite nice now.
