I registered on your website and received the SY welcome email with my own chosen password. I didn’t receive another email with a random password. So it seems that you don’t need your own workaround. 🙂
Meanwhile discovered that my test site is doing well. Compared files between the test and production website. Looked in the database itself. Reinstalled my SY Theme and deleted the email plugin several times. Switched the network on and off. Argh, can’t find the cause. 🙁
March 11, 2014 at 5:37 pm #8612That is correct. You get a message at the top screen about necessary plugins associated with the theme or you could go to ‘install plugins’ under the ‘appearance’ menu item to install and then activate.
So when I create a test user I have two passwords:
1) My own chosen password to log on to the frontend website. (I don’t receive this email.)
2) And a random generated password to logon the backend website (wplogin.php) which has no use to the customer.Christine, did you put the note in the SymbioStock customer welcome email?
March 10, 2014 at 9:05 pm #8610Today I noticed that my site also has this problem with the random password email.
Followed the procedure Leo described but no luck, I don’t receive the SymbioStock customer welcome email.
Does anyone know what else I can try?March 3, 2014 at 4:07 pm #10176Are there any special characters in your title or caption? Hard-returns are also a problem and difficult to spot.
February 28, 2014 at 11:25 am #10073Yes, the 00.00 price upgrade removed the blue box and made all three licenses selectable!
I had heard of this 00.00 solution in relation to the boxes, but never understood that you should do this for all licenses (without an actual price upgrade). After that I used the batch editor to update all the image licenses.
Thanks so much, Christine!

February 24, 2014 at 10:15 am #10068Is it that page based on the ‘Default Template’?
Try to insert at least one widget in the ‘Sidebar’ and see if the archives and meta disappears.

Fun experiment.February 16, 2014 at 8:27 am #9703At least not while setting up her Symbio site, I’ve heard 🙂
Good job, Ivonne!January 23, 2014 at 3:13 pm #8725I have the same problem. Current installed Symbio Professional version is 1.3.6 and an update to 1.3.7 is available. After the plugin is updated ‘successfully’ it’s still at 1.3.6.
[edit]
Ok, I can update from 1.3.6 to 1.3.8 now. But after the update it shows 1.3.7
Is the version number incremented by adding a number (+0.0.1) to the previous version and is my installation out of sync?January 15, 2014 at 7:43 pm #8423Great job, Hans 🙂
January 7, 2014 at 1:10 pm #7994About processing only a few images at a time, check your PHP server settings in the php.ini file as explained here.
I have no problems processing more than 10 images at JustHost.January 3, 2014 at 5:56 pm #7989Glad to hear 🙂
January 3, 2014 at 1:50 pm #7987The times I had this was because of – How shall I call it? – ‘faulty spaces’ in the title or description. They looked like ordinary spaces but were a special character that was not shown. Maybe they were “hard returns” that I used to format the title. They are sometimes hard to find. So then I just cut and paste the title in Windows Notepad to get a good overview.
