Symbiostock Professional – Update Not Works

Hello, on my food photography site the updates for Symbiostock Professional never works. Even if I click update from WP dashboard or from Plugins section, is the same. I receive the message that the update was succesfull, but after refresh is asking me again to update. What I do is go to Edit plugin and replace the Version number in the code. But I’m wondering: doing this I really apply the updates or is just not asking me anymore to update but the version remains the old one without the new improvements? Someone can help me? Thanks.

I have the same problem. Current installed Symbio Professional version is 1.3.6 and an update to 1.3.7 is available. After the plugin is updated ‘successfully’ it’s still at 1.3.6.

Ok, I can update from 1.3.6 to 1.3.8 now. But after the update it shows 1.3.7
Is the version number incremented by adding a number (+0.0.1) to the previous version and is my installation out of sync?

I am on 1.3.7 – deactivated as clients unable to purchase at present, but even if activated no option shows to update and I have refreshed quite a few times during today
