There may be a syntax issue with the ZIPs that create an error on some PHP installs. It will be rectified in 3.2 which will be released shortly.

Yes – one product is one image.

As of 3.0 Symbiostock can handle an unlimited amount of images. But yes, the restriction on size is mostly determined by WooCommerce and WordPress.

Prior to 3.0 the processor did not do everything sequentially. Now everything is done sequentially meaning whether you have 10k images or 100k images, it will parse everything systematically.

No – when an order is placed it is automatically put in processing mode and the cron job processes it. That warning is only there so that if you see a processing order you don’t manually set it to complete. Previously, as images were resized on the fly when a download was initiated, you could do this and it would still work. Now it will not because images are not processed on the fly.

Same with test orders – once you place a test order, you can’t set it to complete to get the downloads. You need to set it to processing and let the cron job create the files.

Once the files are all complete, the system automatically sets the order to complete and emails the customer.

So it is all completely automated – more so than before, so this is just a warning to prevent admins from interrupting that process prematurely.

Hi Ross – thanks for looking into that. I see that the PHP docs have similar information relating to different versions of PHP. I’ll look into fixing this in the next release, thanks.

The issue is that the cron job has not yet processed your product. Please read the note at the top of the order page. It states that you must always set an order to processing and let the cron job then process. Otherwise you will experience exactly what you are experiencing.

It’s probably quite easy (post->ID) – just look on Google or something. Lots of users probably do this somehow.

Image Magick is not a plugin – it must be installed on your server. It is incorrectly labeled in the WordPress directory. That plugin only uses Image Magick, it does not install it.

Make sure your browser is not enlarged – the thumbnail size should match the resolution. It is highly unlikely it is pixelated because of too small a thumbnail unless your originals are smaller than the thumbnail itself.

The images do not get rotated automatically – nearly all images are generally post processed but I will look into adding this feature in a future release.

Appears to be a directory permissions issue. Try disabling the zip in your download settings

I’ve always had nothing but issues trying to test IPN in sandbox mode. I always do PayPal testing live and do refunds as the sandbox IPN is highly unreliable.

Did you wait to let the processor generate the order and email the customer? You can’t set orders to complete anymore – it is not processed in real time. Everything is done via the processor.

So always set orders to processing.
