Paypal: Does IPN work in Sandbox mode ?

Hello,

I know that IPN and paypal are managed on the side of WooCommerce, but I would like to know if anybody get the IPN working (order status auto update) in sandbox mode.

I’ve always had nothing but issues trying to test IPN in sandbox mode. I always do PayPal testing live and do refunds as the sandbox IPN is highly unreliable.
