That site is based on an old version of Symbiostock and has nothing to do with the current system. The new amalgamation of Symbiostock sites is Symzio:
In order to be included in that, you would need to migrate your current site to the new version. We have a free tool that automates this for you via the Shop link above.

The most important thing is to ensure the processor is running every minute via your system control panel (cPanel, Plesk etc).
If your first test product was a simple product then you definitely did not upload it via the Upload Media tab within the Symbiostock admin interface. It must have been added manually as an independent WooCommerce product in which case Symbiostock does not touch it.
I also noticed that you do not have any of the default licenses under the licenses tab – be aware that none of your products will appear for sale or be publicized unless you have at least one license applied to any given file.

Please make sure you refresh the page and/or clear your cache to ensure the correct logo is showing up.
Secondly, I did a test upload and see that the file was correctly watermarked with your watermark.
Let us know if any issues persist.
Please post these sorts of requests in the proper forum Kenny – this is not a Symbiostock issue. I’ve moved it to third party plugins.
Symbiostock definitely categories by metadata in the sense that if you have the category or supplementarycategory field filled out via your editor that it will auto-populate during import.

Has not been tested, not recommended. Additionally 3.3 adds the option of disabling the WooCommerce update prompt so it becomes a moot point.
Hey Star – just so you know with Symbiostock Pro 3.3 this is now added. You should be able to upload the alternate JPEG along with the vector and Symbiostock will read the metadata accordingly for a one step upload process.
Hi Brabus – Symbiostock does not support having multiple variations. Only the license variation is currently supported. I see that you have multiple variations per product and this can lead to unpredictable results.
Hi there – please disable error reporting – it should not be enabled on live sites.
Edit your wp-config.php and change the ‘debug’ variable to ‘false’
Use FTP – we don’t provide third party software support.
Looks like you’ve installed or activated something that is creating a PHP error. Enable error reporting via wp-config.php:

and it will tell you what script is causing the issue
Lots of minor tweaks and fixes, helpful options, removing notifications, adding more inline documentation, but the biggest change is the vector support.
