That seems like a pretty good score in my opinion. I just started using WP Rocket on a site and find that after extensive testing it improved page speed by about 30%. So if you’re already using a cache system it should be good to go. I don’t think you need to update much – but more important than the speed score, how long are the pages taking to load?
July 25, 2018 at 7:30 pm #32731Hi Usman – welcome.
Symbiostock uses the built in WordPress/WooCommerce thumbnail generation system for thumbnails and does not create its own thumbnails. Therefore the most likely way to change this is to alter the thumbnail sizes via WooCommerce’s own settings as Symbiostock adheres to it. Once done, Symbiostock will auto-regen all your thumbnails slowly or you can force this by slightly altering your watermark size in Symbiostock settings.
July 21, 2018 at 10:27 pm #32674Hi there – that change works only with Symbiostock Express theme – otherwise it is built into WooCommerce and you will have to change it some other way. This is a boosted option we built into the Symbiostock Express theme as Symbiostock the plugin has no control over this aspect of the front end.
Thanks.
July 21, 2018 at 5:36 am #32672July 20, 2018 at 8:12 pm #32670Hey Ronald – due to issues surrounding PayPal subscriptions and how they cannot be updated in the case that you upgrade or downgrade your hosting package, we only accept credit card payments for all our hosting services. Rest assured your credit card details are not stored by us and are securely transacted directly with the payment authority.
As for disk usage, I see that you are on one of our legacy hosting packages. If you need extra disk usage you would have to upgrade your hosting package which you can do in your control panel. Please PM me directly if you have any issues with this, and thanks for your questions.
July 18, 2018 at 6:16 pm #32663Hey Stephanie,
With your package you can easily add a new domain anytime and just reconfigure your website there. Do it through your cPanel account control panel. If you want to use the same WordPress install but change the domain, then you would have to transfer all your content from the old domain to the new one, then change the main site URL in your wordpress settings.
If you have trouble let us know and we can help or you can PM me directly.
July 13, 2018 at 5:34 pm #32644Just a reminder and recommendation – do not perform upgrades to ANY plugins unless you feel you need them. Software is not meant to be updated on a weekly basis and the upgrade prompt is misleading as it very often makes you think there are bigger and better features or performance upgrades. In almost all cases the updated features are not needed and they add to instability. Before the internet was so littered with “liquid” apps and software that could be updated every hour, developers had to release standalone products that were bug free. This is the same mentality we approach Symbiostock with as each release, when released, can be used indefinitely without issue due to the relentless testing we perform. Other developers do not do this because of the ability to rely on live users to complain about issues to in essence “test” for them.
We do not want you to test stuff for us on your live site. But this also makes our releases less frequent, though infinitely more stable. In fact, a testament to this is the fact that we have not needed an upgrade for months for any issues because none exist.
