Error in downloading product after buying [resolved]

Hi, I did a test on my website to buy an image, after I’ve processed it manually on backend, i tried download from the customer’s invoice but it show error.. Please help me

My clients will receive the download link for them to download the images. They tried to click on the link for download but an error message pop up. I’ve uploaded the images accordingly and i’m not sure where i’ve gone wrong. my website is http://www.stockphotoshd.com.

Hi,
I don’t mean to butt in, however, I am having the same problem. The download link shows in the My Account section under downloads, in the receipt for the order, and in the email. However, all of them point to the same error as follows:

This site can’t be reached
temp.com refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Is this saying it is trying to access a site called, “temp.com?” If so, what is it? My site: http://davidcrockettphoto.com/stock-photo-gallery/
If you want to place an order to see what happens, just pay by check and I will process everything as if the order was completed. Note: till I know this is going to work, I have only uploaded one file.

Disregard, I see what I did wrong. I ordered an image and paid by check. I then “completed” the order instead of “processing” the order. When I clicked processing instead of completed, everything worked fine. It’s amazing what you can do when you read the instructions… Thank you for your quick response and now I am thrilled with this plugin.

Hi David – yes, instructions do help! Symbiostock needs to manage the download and does not get a chance to do that if you complete the order yourself. 🙂 Thanks for the update!
