Yes, this was noted by another Symbiostock user. It will be fixed in the next release – I do apologize about it. As it is something unique to standalone users that does not affect the PLUS system I did not catch it in this release. Thanks for the note, much appreciated.
I will actually also look to see that if someone tries to download a file that has not yet been populated, it will do it on the fly as a backup process.

As the download files are managed by Symbiostock, you need to run the processor in order for for the download links to be populated. This is why it is recommended you leave it on an automatic schedule to run once a minute so that after you add images the links are automatically created. The only way the error you are seeing can happen is if you upload files and immediately try to buy and download them before running the processor.
As for the watermark issue, I know why that is happening and it’s a bug related to updates. Thanks for bringing it up, and I will fix it in the next release.

I’ve added it so it will use the headline as a priority as it is just as important as the title in regards to reading metadata. Thanks for pointing out this improvement. I’ve also released a new version with this fix – thanks!
Mind you, as this is a Symbiostock Express question, I may look into adding it to the theme. Great suggestion, thanks.
Very cool little addition. I am very restrictive about altering the front end because any addition we add via Symbiostock that overrides the theme/WooCommerce increases the chances that 3rd party extensions or plugins will conflict with it. But this is great for people who may want to add this.
If the headline is the title, it should be extracted automatically right now. If it’s not working, let me know and PM me when you upload one of these new images. I will then figure out why it is not being extracted.

Is the headline different from the title?
What we will be doing in future releases is improving the SEO slightly where we add the image titles to the media library as well. This will make a slight difference in SEO, but is not likely to create a huge impact.
If the headline is different than the title, let me know what the context of it is and how you would like it shown. I can then look into extracting that as well.

1) This is the function used to read the FTP directory:

It says it reads files in the order they were added to the filesystem.
2) Related products is controlled entirely by WooCommerce and as previously stated, this function of WooCommerce is not very sophisticated. This is a high priority for our next few releases. In the meantime, you can search the web for extensions or other plugins that may enhance WooCommerce’s related products algorithm.
Symbiostock already has that in place – when you edit your license, if you make it enabled by default for images, for example, it will auto apply to any images uploaded. Currently this option is available for images and vectors. Is this what you are looking for?

Good question!
The good news is that this is 100% a WooCommerce and/or theme function. As Symbiostock creates licensing using the built in WooCommerce system, what you are looking to do is bypass the dropdown when there is only one option available.
The best option would be to post your query in the WooCommerce support forum:

I find they don’t really respond reliably, but you can give it a go. Alternatively, you can search the web for your desired functionality, which I’m sure is simple to implement.
There may also be a WooCommerce extension that provides this, but I’m not sure.

Please do the following:
1) Add Media > Upload an image (Jpeg)
2) Wait a minute
3) Go to Symbiostock > Settings and click on ‘Run Now’
4) Go to your Symbiostock or Media tab and see if it has been added.
If this does not work, private message me your admin panel credentials so I can take a look.

ImageMagick is installed on the server level – so once you install Symbiostock, if you see the Symbiostock tab in your admin panel, you should already have it installed. There is no way to install imagemagick through wordpress as it is a server application. If you do not have it installed, and you are able to access SSH on your server, you may be able to install it yourself. If not, contact your hosting provider to have them install it. Finally, if you’re not able to get it installed, you can consider using one of our PLUS hosting services which are provided for users who do not have access to configuring their own servers in this manner.
