Hi Robin, for the moment i’ve been testing a platform outside my home-Site and symzio: myBiday is based on counting Images and Categories. In case that Symbiostock can categorise via Metadata will be a big plus. I hope that will be a bit clear.
Hi all, i like this discussion but my understanding is a bit poor 🙂 i will try to fill my SupplementalCategories via exiftool, but assigning the Media to existing or new categories is not working without extra code? Will this become a feature in further Versions?
Videoopp: do you have cropped your watermark the empty pixels? i had the same problem until i’ve cropped them out. The placement for video watermark should be in the lower third – regarding to the almost ‘horizontal’ video content.

..only the Wordpress Plugin’s ‘check for updates’ seems without function (V 3.0.0 is the latest)

Left MP4 works with Safari & firefox, right MP4 not.
@Videoopp, do you become a correct watermarked mp4-preview? In case yes, do you know something about the CPU and Ram of your hosting package?

ok, thanks for this update!
unfortunatly the test runs without visible video-result. The video-Frame is empty (and this does not depend on the 32bis-OS setting).

thanks for upgrading the SS-Plugin. For the moment all looks fine(tuned). I’m interested about the new mpg-4 Player for my Videos. Btw. the downloaded symbiostock-video-diagnostic.zip extracts to symbiostock-importer.php from Dec.2015..
Is this correct or can you fix this?
if i had to wish, the video-export for youtube and / or an individual mpg-bitrate for encryption would be nice to have. 🙂
My project-site hebstreits.com runs now at all-inkl.com entry-level privat with 370 assets published.
I switched PHP to 5.4 in CGI mode and could increase the wordpress memory a bit. shell_exec commands and Image Magic runs well but i had problems with bigger EPS (not in data size but in image sizes) .. and (so i think) with recalculating the thumbnails with new watermark.. after starting the Symbiostock processor several times, the server shuts down for some minutes. The host stopped the script and gives me feedback that my script tooks all the memory in RAM.
In all fairness it should be said, my provider has up to 100 customers at one machine with their starting package. it’s seems not so funny to have one with producing downtime-script.
My questions are: how often can a cone job be started – once a day, every hour, every minute?.. what is recommend? and maybe Robin, can you give the Symbiostock processor a RAM-limit (with a value to edit) to protect the provider from downtime / ram overflow / whatever..
The good news: All-inkl has very good support. Via phone and mail. no waiting time and they give tips and explanations. Very comfortable.

my learning: eps should be produced with 2000 px max. more pixels = more server RAM for image processing

my understanding is, flv-media will be disabled for autoplay by the browser-plugin as a standard.
A mp4-player would be great, but you can place an animated gif as loop in the product feature box. this also works with the player preview.
