I just tried again with a different address and got as far as the payment page with no problems.

Logged out and then in again with my chosen password. The only thing that I would say is that your blurb on the download page is a bit big and distracting (and is now out of date with the autogenerated password). Why not put the text on the side of the page instead of above the download pay/download area so clients can find it immediately ? (I then wondered why yours and mine were different in this regard, I am using the Customer template for the customer page)

In 2.9.4 the user chooses their own password, it is not automatically generated.

I am not sure I fully understand your problem – can you please post a link to your site.

It might be as simple as changing the wording in the Home page in Menus (in the drop down edit area)

You might find you do not get many links to your site until you start selling direct. This is only because members wish to sell images from their own and networked sites and not send potential clients off to the agencies

Logged in and out with existing password – no problem
Tried to log in with incorrect password and then told it I had forgotten password and it took me to a page that would send me a link so again no problem (I did not continue with this as I did not want to mess up existing password).

Not sure what your problem is ?

Symbiostock Professional is a plug-in, download the zip (or whatever) file to your computer then upload using Plugin, New, Upload.

Dragonfly is instead of your own Child theme/Clean them if you wish to use it, it is optional, it gives you various colour (and possibly layout) options.

It looks like you might be running the main theme at 2.6.5? I am not sure if the latest professional needs an upgrade to 2.9.4 (which was the current one last time I looked) or not.

If upgrading Symbiostock itself I think you need to enable a different theme, delete (or rename) your 2.6.5, disable the Symbiostock email notification plugin and download the latest version to your computer and then upload. It will change your headers around so do not do it when you are in a hurry. When I want the latest version I just hunt through the forum till I find one of Leo’s threads with the link. Or it might be at Symbostock.com

If you can set up a test subdomain and load wordpress and the latest version and learn your way around the Customise option and navigation headers it will save you a lot of time – or if you contact me via Skype I will see if I can help if you need it.

At one time you had to remove the [ ] from around email so you got the senders email address if I remember correctly. I don’t use Contact Form 7 so cannot check
