I can place an order on these products but :
– On my theme (Avada), products are flaged with red ribbon as “Out of stock” on shop page (I try to find hook to avoid this).
– Products indexed on Google show mention “out of stock” in search results.
Thanks a lot.

Thanks for all your efforts, but sadly, after update to 5.2, no changes with products out of stock after letting processor running all night long.
I also run all process with no results…
Would it be possible to implement code that changes variation status from “instock” to “outstock” and then from “outstock” to “instock” for recently (last) processed product in order to update product status?

WooCommerce has a known bug with variations and products being muddled when it comes to stock status, and there is no clear way to easily control how it operates, so it just requires a lot of trying to reverse the “optimizations” WooCommerce devs introduce with each new version. This is why we only do updates when necessary, as the mechanisms get very unnecessarily cluttered. Nevertheless, we’ve done a lot of testing and implemented many failsafes to prevent this from happening, but if you notice any issues please let me know.April 7, 2020 at 2:45 am #36386April 8, 2020 at 2:58 am #36414
I did several tests with product publishing and test purchases and everything runs smoothly !
I posted a new review on wordpress.org 🙂
