I’m not sure what you mean. You can take screenshots and import them into iMovie (if you work on a Mac) to edit, and you can film what’s happening on your computer screen with Quicktime and then bring that into iMovie as well if you want to edit it.

I do things the old-fashioned way…manually. If you add the Floating Social Bar plugin http://www.wpbeginner.com/floating-social-bar/ you can tweet or like from any page on your site.
I’m leery of posting everything automatically to FB and Twitter, because I add a lot of images daily.
