I dont know, I just did a few tests, for example, “Butler dynasty” is a keyword on some of my images, but when searning Google for images, none of mine come up. And these images have been long indexed. When I search for “Butler dynasty” semmick photo they do show up. What I find weird is that even the images on the agencies dont show. When I search for butler dynasty canstockphoto I see them all. But not when only searching for Butler Dynasty.
Same with Commercem, I misspelled commerce, so when searching for it, none of my images show up, when I search for commercem semmick photo, you will find them.
So keywords dont seem to work very good. Unless they are extremely specific like Butler dynasty Caisleán Chill Chainnigh, that will show my images on the 3rd and 4th row.
What I am trying to find out is if I should add keywords to all my images like stock image, image, royalty free, microstock, stock, etc. If that helps sales or not. If someone searches for butler dynasty stock image, they might be seeing my images first.
It doesnt add up, thats for sure.
March 14, 2014 at 12:23 pm #10404Christine, here is a kiss from me. 🙂
I just did as you said and created a new category All Images, went to the standard editor, put screen options on 300 and edited 6 pages, added all images to All Categories, went to batch editor and was able to select all images at once. Also in chronological order.
From now on editing will be a jiffy.
However, I still feel the batch editor needs a bit of fine tuning.
Thanks all.
March 14, 2014 at 10:35 am #10402I dont mind doing 1 page at a time, but the problem is I cant add all images into one category, as I cant get the editor to work for me. So I am in a vicious circle. There is no way for me to edit all images, so the workarounds suggested dont work for me.
I can get all images to show by searching using a space, but then the pages dont work.
When I choose a category the images do show up in chronoclogical order. Its when I use a keyword search they show up random, which is not helping me either.
I think the batch editor needs some work, but I am afraid that is not going to happen.
In the meantime I am stuck.
March 14, 2014 at 7:17 am #10399When I choose categories, I can walk through the pages. But I dont want to use categories, I just want to pull up all images, starting from new to old. And I want to be able to click on a page and then see the next page. Its not working. I dont know how to get all images to show in the batch editor and edit them all.
I need to use all kinds of workarounds and still am not able to do what i want to do.
March 13, 2014 at 10:58 pm #10396Another bug is that when I do search for a keyword in the batch editor, it displays all images randomly instead of new to old. Which also prevents me from batch editing.
I really need a way to easily batch edit images, this is not working.
March 6, 2014 at 9:48 pm #2160Congrats to all with new sales.
I had a wee sale yesterday, probably via Twitter when IS was down. Sold a bloggee after 2.5 months of no sales.
March 4, 2014 at 10:58 pm #8182Where did the sales sticky go?

What do you see here?

February 19, 2014 at 7:50 pm #9772I need to find a way to set my screen options back to say 100 images, and then its all good. I am not sure if its related to the cart plugin.
February 19, 2014 at 7:49 pm #9771Wait, AJT is correct. It started when I changed the screen options to show all images. So thats 1500 images, and thats why its not working. I looked into this, and then couldnt be bothered any more as I couldnt fix it. Its too technical. LOL.
February 18, 2014 at 10:17 am #9765No, its not working for Semmick Photo.
I just upgraded Ronald Test to admin, and logged in with that username, and then it works.
So it seems only Semmick Photo is seeing a blank page. LOL
February 14, 2014 at 7:52 am #9529Several files got deleted from the server after the Bluehost crash, including my watermark image. And then the processor fails. Leo restored the watermark and its working again.
Bluehost have also been very ignorant in their replies to me so I will be transferring my site to another host in the near future.
Thanks Leo, you are magic.
February 12, 2014 at 6:23 pm #9504Is there any news on how to fix this? I still cant process any images.
February 11, 2014 at 10:05 pm #8180I have 8 sales, I had between 1-3 sales per month but the last sale was Wed 18/12/2013 so I feel a little discouraged. Anyhoo, nothing I can do about it.
February 11, 2014 at 8:40 am #9520Leo, you are still admin.
