Welcome to the Symbiostock forums! The cron script is in the Symbiostock Settings > System tab, and in order to activate the cron job you need to add that execution string to your control panel. Usually this is cPanel or Plesk. Let us know what control panel you are using and we can try to guide you accordingly. Or you can google search for your control panel name + cron and you should easily discover where to input that line.
I have also tested it on my end using SMTP credentials for a third party provider and it works fine on port 25 with and without TLS. It is possible that if you are using a non-standard port this is not getting through our firewall.
And if you have altered the settings so that it uses the local PHP mail function because the SMTP credentials are not working, please PM me your credentials so that I can test them directly on my end.
Hi Angie – I went into settings > email and was able to successfully send a test email. I have also tested emails being sent without that plugin installed and they work fine. Are you able to send yourself a test email?

Issue should be resolved, please try again. Was related to recent datacenter DDOS and firewalling.

Datacenter had experienced a series of DDOS attacks, total downtime was about 1.5 hours split up twice – very minor event and everything should be good to go. It could happen again on and off as we implement security measures but appears to have been handled quickly. Thanks Steve.

Hi there – this is most likely theme related. WooCommerce has updated its libraries (and does so regularly) and unfortunately many themes do not operate correctly after these updates. It could be something else but I suggest you test it in another theme to first see if the issue still persists.
Hi there – as this is an initial release we are getting all the base infrastructure of this Enterprise level product out there so that vendors can get started using it. As the accruing of sales by user is a WooCommerce based function, it is something that may be possibly satisfied by another third party plugin. However until we find one that does satisfy this need, we are exploring the possibility of adding this to Symbiostock Vendors to fill that gap. There is currently no timeline on this however we do understand this is an important part of the vendor system.
