Hey Damion,
Great that it resolved your issue. I will add an information link for all new installs in future releases so that people can easily figure out how to run the processor to avoid that confusion.
As for theme customization, it all depends on the theme. I’m on the road right now so I can’t get too much into it but will answer more once I am settled.
A lot (and I mean a LOT) of information is available via the documentation link at the top, so don’t hesitate to do some searches there for it.
As for theme customizations related to cart totals and stuff, as that is mostly controlled by WooCommerce, don’t hesitate to search the web for solutions regarding it. Symbiostock is developed to work completely in conjunction with WooCommerce so 99% of the addons or tips that work with it will work with Symbiostock.
Matthew: I think Damion’s problem is the same as yours, so please try to follow my answer and if that does not work let me know.
June 6, 2015 at 10:10 pm #23389Hey Damion,
Please follow this guide:
http://www.symbiostock.org/docs/3-minute-guide-to-launching-your-store/
It will quickly show you how the uploading process works. I think the main issue you are encountering is the fact that after you upload media, you are not running the processor that will then parse and add your new image to your media list. The “Add media” page for Symbiostock acts only as a web uploader for your image as is indicated in the little information box visible right below the file upload field.
Let me know if you continue to have any issues and also to let me know if this resolves your problem.

StockRaphy Family Owned Stock Photography Direct From the Artist
So look through your settings to find out where this may be because you don’t want Google to use that as your meta description on every page.
June 2, 2015 at 3:28 pm #23376Looks like you have Yoast and Add Meta Tags running at the same time – although it may be possible to run them both at the same time, they are both going to try to alter your titles and meta tags, so you may have to figure out how to run them both at the same time or choose one.
Cristina, for example, is using Add Meta Tags:

And the content is showing up perfectly. So you can ask her too how to accomplish this.
June 2, 2015 at 3:24 pm #23375June 2, 2015 at 3:23 pm #23374I see:
<title>StockRaphy Stock Photography</title><meta name=”description” content=”StockRaphy Family Owned Stock Photography Stock Photography “> in your source code, so it looks like both tags are there. Regarding the meta description, I’ve found that keyword stuffing it and repeating the title does not work as well as writing an english language description as if describing the page to a visitor, so check around the non-product pages, like your main page, and personalize those fields to maximize your search engine visibility.
Also, your licenses are still not ordered it appears – you need to do this under Symbiostock -> Licenses. If you do it on the product edit page, it will only affect that product.
June 2, 2015 at 11:02 am #23372Hey Ozgur – okay, the best way to claim sites is using meta tag authentication. You can add custom meta tags using most of the SEO tools.
For example, using the Add Meta Tags plugin, if you go to Settings > Metadata, you can add custom metadata there.
This works for Google Webmaster Tools, and I assume for Alexa as well, but let me know if they don’t offer metadata authentication. You can stick any code in there and it will appear in the header.
Most of these third party sites should work through this mechanism. And you probably only have to enable it, authenticate it, then remove that code once it is authenticated.
June 2, 2015 at 10:57 am #23371Hey Ozgur,
Thanks for bringing that up. I’ll look into this. Right now the Alexa claim plugin that they have released does not seem to work properly:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/alexa-internet/installation/
So I will have to figure something out in that regard.
