We’re definitely looking into something like this, or a new theme that will provide that functionality. However, there is no ETA yet as we are focusing on getting Symzio launched first.

As I explained to you via e-mail, you are able to provide the search and cart via the top menu as others have.

Ideal it may not be, but it is the best we can offer now.

Always specify if you are using GD and not Imagick when it comes to these sorts of bugs. Regardless, I looked into it and have released a really minor fix for PHP 5.4 + GD. They changed the syntax of one function for no apparently logical reason.

Good work guys – looks like you have successfully diagnosed the issue. If you enter a non-number in that field (such as 443×334), you’re going to get real weird results.

    You should put:

    939 as maximum width

    638 as maximum height

    Then everything should work.

    Hi Mark,

As long as you have the new license applied to the product, it should show up. You can either manually apply it as a product variation on the product edit page, or you can use the filters on the license edit page. Either way, once you have confirmed that it has been added to your product and it has a price set for that license on that product, it should show up on your front end.

Further to that, the way physical products work is it basically removes Symbiostock’s control over the purchase process; once your customer buys it, it will operate solely through WooCommerce, so if it is a print, for example, you will just send the print request to your fulfillment person, and once it is shipped you would notify your customer through the admin interface.

Hi Aitor – as you will see in the settings, we can only change that on the Symbiostock Express theme. Otherwise it is controlled by your theme or core WooCommerce files which Symbiostock does not override. You will have to edit your theme to alter this as it is a front end issue.

Hi Luke – I just ran multiple tests on the latest version of Symbiostock and have had no issues. It must have something to do with your server. You can submit a support request if you want it diagnosed by us, or post more details here if you want help from the community.

The theme used in the demo is Symbiostock Express:

You can also get the importer/exporter through that same link.

    Hi Don,

The new Symbiostock is not a theme – it is a plugin, so you must install it as one. It differentiates itself from legacy in that you can use any theme you want with it and are no longer restricted to one design.

Hi Don – you need to disable the old plugin to use the new one. The interface I am seeing on your site is, as Redneck said, legacy Symbiostock. WooCommerce looks and operates differently.

2.0.7 also adds two important upgrades:

    1) Allows you to set licenses as ‘physical’ – this means that the user will not be prompted to download anything and instead it will need to be fulfilled, as normal, within WooCommerce.

    2) Allows you to extract custom EXIF fields from your images. This is only useful if you need the EXIF data for custom code.

Yes, that is only available with Imagick.

Mine are about 16 megapixels generally. That size looks about right (12.6 megs). People don’t mind downloading something like that, imo.
