I haven’t done anything custom with the PayPal buttons. I’m not sure why I’d want to change how my PayPal account is set up to restrict it to encrypted only.
Not sure how to use encrypeted too, but it would be for avoiding fraudulent payments.

You are the seller, and I think it’s how you have set up your PayPal account that’s causing the problem. A google search revealed this

Thanks JoAnn, I’ll give it a look.
Have you encrypted your button by creating a PayPal button or deactivated it?
It is a suggestion to Leo to add a code to replace the button or an encrypted code from andpasted html code in the input field in the back-end, not sure if it is simple as that. :0)
January 12, 2014 at 12:12 pm #8197Where is the history to check the changes to 3.1.1?

Perhaps (since I can’t find it in my heart to shock everyone with a complete overhaul) I can FINALLY put in translation into the current version series. Would you like that? That way no hacking necessary.
As we had discussed, perhaps you can send me your translation and I’ll make it a part of the downloadable package.
Also did I send you the premium version yet as a trade? Let me know.
Hi Leo, I’m sorry for my delay, but I was on vacations with my wife. :0)
Man, I have sent you a sitemail (Check inbox PM) talking about it, have you received? Check that and we keep talking about it. Thanks.January 5, 2014 at 7:49 pm #7850@vectorjourney wrote:

– Hi there, I would suggest you to post it in this thread instead: WordPress plugins for your Symbiostock theme. ;0)
Anyway, thanks for your reply.January 5, 2014 at 7:41 pm #8013Hey Leo, just adding other things to you check in the login/registration form when you are going to give it a look.
1. As soon we click on login/register, the button that should show “register” text, shows “Password doesn’t match” even without writing anything in the fields. As you can check on the http://vector999.com/ site for example. It seems to use the script.js instead of the register-symbiostock.php, something like that. Sometimes show “create account!” from script intead of register from php. Within script I’m not getting to translate with shortcodes from qtranslate the variable/line codes:
2. The modal login/registration, should check errors inside itself and show these error messages inside the modal (pop-up) instead of sending back to the WP registration/login form.
3. The username field would accept special characters, in Brazilian Portuguese we have several names using them such as: Conceição, José, Antônio, Patrícia, Luís, Verônica, and so on.
Thanks.

Let me noodle that for a while. I thought that was taken care of, but I had done quite a bit in the login-rewrite.
– Hi Leo, thanks. That will be great if you get to keep all into that pop-up without using the WP login/registration page. ;0)
Have a nice SundayJanuary 4, 2014 at 7:06 pm #8010Well, in sum, want to send back to mysite.com/please-log-in/ page but as pop-up as the 1st time when hitting on “login/register” button.
Any idea?

…I tried a machine translation plugin, which provided fair translation results but slowed down my anyway slow site (cheap hosting @ blue host) just too much.
– Did you use this plug in for keywords (tags translation) or the whole site? What was the plugin used, if it was for the tags? My multi-lingual site doesn’t use plugin such google translator or things like that, it is translated “manually” (qTranslate plugin) and other hardcodes/”hacks”. Now I just need to get to translate the keywords or as I mentioned, maybe a plug-in that would translate in background the keywords entered in the search field and find the results in English. :0)

that’s a much tougher problem than translating fixed text – it would require more intensive database activity for each search.
also, translation of single keywords without context will produce many false results
– I see. My all keywords are in English, and let’s suppose a customer is searching in Portuguese-BR. Maybe the plug-in would just translate in background the searched keywords and find the results in English. Other day I saw a thread talking about translating tags, but I didn’t favorite it, and I forgot the link, but SYM users were talking about translating tags.

Thanks for the info. I have set it up another way currently so I might look into it later on with time. I’m fairly happy with the way it is now.

I just used the “WordPress contact form with captcha plugin” to create the contact page. I can’t remember doing anything more but I’ve been working 14-16 hours a day and my mind is tired 🙂
Jo
That’s ok, just to refresh your mind:
1 – Symbiostock Xtra
2 – Jetpack by WordPress.com
3 – Contact Form 7
4 – Advanced WP Columns
5 – Anti-Captcha
6 – WordPress SEO by Yoast
7 – Facebook Like BoxDecember 28, 2013 at 8:46 pm #7813@jorodrigues wrote:

Has Contact Form 7 been fixed? If not people need to be aware that it doesn’t send you the person’s email with the message.
I stopped using it because of this problem. The last update I checked and it was still reproducing the problem.
Jo
Hi Jo, to see the “person’s email” in the email message, just replace the line in the “message body:” field…
From code:
From: [your-name]To code:
From: [your-name] – [your-email]or you can add a line below such as:
Sender’s email: [your-email]Use “
” to break lines.I hope that helps.
