Great images!
Vitaj v klube.December 27, 2013 at 2:25 pm #7179Just registered for the new forum, but I can’t change the password.
When I tried to change the supplied password to my own, I got a message that the typed-in current password is wrong.November 15, 2013 at 3:01 am #7519The good news is that some ‘test’ customers can download their images but those test customers that reside (locally and across the country) in Canada can’t.
I reside in Canada, too and last time I tested a purchase, I was able to download the images.
Maybe it’s host related. I am using ipower.com as my host.October 29, 2013 at 6:51 am #6432there’s the basic question of whether buyers use categories much when searching; I use them mostly for my own organizing and editing
I doubt that many buyers will use categories and subcategories (unless the same buyer frequently returns to the same image site, thus gaining an intimate knowledge of that site structure).
Using the extra codes for one’s own organizing would be much more useful. For example, I would like to retrieve a group of images for subsequent processing by Batch Editor, but couldn’t figure a way how to select a certain group, except filtering by keyword. Especially as the portfolios become larger, the ability to organize, filter, and process specific group of images would come very handy.
October 28, 2013 at 8:41 pm #6428This looks like a great tool for creation of hierarchical structures.
Are there any known disadvantages for having nested categories? (search, batch editor, …)October 27, 2013 at 11:26 pm #6227Niagara Falls in the spring is nice. Lot of water, blooms, winery tours, quaint towns, butterflies, and other attractions.
Close to Toronto and Buffalo (with many Jet Blue flights) airports.October 20, 2013 at 2:28 am #5012Ideally you should do it all from within your Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.
Jo,
I tried to install the latest Symbiostock first into the existing folder, but wasn’t succesful, I got an error message that destination folder already exists.
.
Then I remembered reading the following post by tdahl:1. Activated another theme such as Twenty-Twelve.
2. Renamed both symbiostock and symbiostock-child folders
3. Installed new version of Symbiostock fresh and activated.
4. Installed fresh new symbiostock-child theme and activated it.
5. Started playing with customizations built into 2.8.2 and set to my liking. So, I did the same thing, but then the install program crashed and displayed the following message:
The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2013/10EDIT:
After a few repeated tries, I managed to upgrade to SYM Theme 2.8.2 (instead to 2.8.4) and DragonFly.I updated WordPress to 3.6.1 which worked fine.
Then I also tried to update Symbiostock Professional from 1.1.8 to 1.2.3 which crashed.
October 19, 2013 at 7:45 pm #5009I’m having problem with the new install.
First, I renamed the Symbiostock and CleanTheme folders in /wp-content/themes folderWhen I try to install the new Symbiostock version, I get a message:
The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2013/10Do I have to delete/rename anything else before the re-install?

I uploaded a few more images of the old classroom – also in different orientations.
One of them (the middle row in small size) is focused just in the centre and the back (classroom front) is quite soft, but in a bloggee size it might just pass.
If you need something specific from this classroom, let me know, I have more similar images.Les
October 16, 2013 at 12:13 pm #5146if it’s similar to another one already indexed, it’s less likely to get indexed;
Steve, how does Google define a “similar image”?
Similar in actual graphics (shape, colors, etc.) or having similar keywords?October 16, 2013 at 7:01 am #5117Martha, your site looks great.
I’m also getting ready to make the jump from 2.6.5 to 2.8.x
Are you using the main Symbiostock theme or one the child themes? -
