Indeed, there are some similarities between some areas in Sweden and Finland with northern Ontario. Mushrooms, blueberries, and white birches. Not to forget lakes with clean water. Unfortunately, in the summer also hoards of mosquitos.

1. Does it mean that if there is another similarly described image already online (with another agency or in my own Symbio portfolio), the new image won’t get indexed?
2. If I upload 4 images of bald eagle each one in a different pose, what’s the trick to get them all indexed?

I don’t know if there is such an app, but there is German website emporis.com that collects images and descriptions of buildings worldwide.
If you have an address of the building, most likely it will be in their database already.Les

Adding to the other member sales within the network (three sales as reported just in the recent posts on this page), it shows that cumulatively, there is a substantial business just in this market segment.

I can’t help wondering if I would have made the sale, had that image been available on SS.Just returned home from a day trip to the lake country
and found the first sale of a bloggee size image for whopping $3.00 from a buyer from UK.
I guess, I should schedule more trips.Coincidentally, that image was rejected by SS.
My host is ipower.com, and their file size limit is set somewhere between 15-20MB.
Just tried to upload a 24MP file with no compression (23MB), that didn’t work, re-saved the image with compression factor 11, which produced a 14MB file and that uploaded fine.
It might be worthwhile to conduct a test, and see how Google works.
I will make two sets of 3 similar images (one with the identical description for all 3 similars, and one with slightly varied texts for each image). For added measure, I will duplicate this approach for a different set of 2×3 images, and after a month or so, I will report the results.
Martha, and anybody else facing this conundrum, if you want to try it with some of your images, please do so, and we will have more data to draw conclusions from.
