Hi Robin,I think I might be having similar problem as last time. I exceeded my allocated space and now I can’t access my FTP.

So after uploading several 2GB videos to multiple agencies, I can say this thing is an absolute marvel! Amazing stuff Robin!

Distributing 10 huge video files to most agencies took literally minutes.

I think there might be some glitch when uploading footage to Depositphotos and Canstockphotos. I have images being distributed to both without problems, but after several days of having video files online, only 2 out of 10 made it to Canstock and none were sent to Depositphotos. They are minor agencies for video, so it is not a big issue, but when they are set up for sending videos, it looks like they are holding up distribution to other agencies, too. Best to keep them un-ticked for video distribution.

Shutterstock, Pond5, Fotolia, MotionElements, VideoBlocks, 123RF footage went through smoothly.

    Awesome, thank you!

Yes, I can confirm I tried to upload other large videos using multcloud.com. After transfer failed I realised their size was way more than 5 gb.

So I successfully uploaded one 2GB large ultra HD video file as a test, published it and left it overnight.

Apparently it has been distributed to only 3 out of 8 video agencies I have set up. I’m positive that (at least some of) the other agencies are set up correctly as images I tested were distributed to them without problems. Is it because the file is so big and it’ll take more time to be distributed? Or is it something else?

    Thank you.

Thanks, I had no licences created for video, that was the problem. I created a licence and attached it to the video, it works great now.

I am on free trial, testing out the PLUS features. Very happy with the distribution capabilities, amazing amazing amazing feature!

Reinstalling Child Theme solved the problem, thank you all for your help 😉

    Problem identified!

Guys, I tried few things and figured out that deactivating the Child theme fixes the problem. Using the original Symbiostock theme, anything I download can be opened as it should. After activating the Child theme, downloads can’t be opened.

So, I guess reinstalling the Child theme could help… will do it in the morning and let you know.

Oh dear, the price must have changed back to default as I was trying to reprocess the images… it is back to free, or 1¢ to be precise, because PayPal wouldn’t let me sell it for 0.00

I checked the full size uploads on FTP, they are opening fine.

I tried Safari and Chrome browsers on two different Macs, don’t have Windows around at the moment. The problem is still there. When I delete the .html extension, I get the same message again… can’t open the file.

I’ll try to look around for solution…

    Update:
This is what happens when I download an image:

    Bloggee – can’t open file
    Small – can’t open file
    Medium – can’t open file
Large – download is named “1701-large.jpg.html”
Zip – download is named “1701-zip.zip.html”

What can be wrong when even zip file isn’t downloaded correctly?

Thanks Christine, unfortunately, the problem seems to affect all of my images… at least all those I downloaded, old uploads as well as todays uploads. I tried to “Update all existing images” under Symbiostock/Author options, but it didn’t help.

I’m on latest version of SYS and WP. No idea what can be wrong 😥

    Found it!

    it is “Under Construction” plug-in.

When my “website under construction” illustration is activated, Batch Editor search doesn’t work.

Not a problem, as soon as my site is ready to welcome visitors, the plug-in will be turned off anyway 🙂

    Thank you Christine,

I don’t use Wordfence, but it is some plug-in. I deactivated all but SYS plug-ins and the “search” works ok. Going to try activating one-by-one to see which one is causing it.
