Most of the categories in my header have disappeared – AGAIN! If anyone has the code that is supposed to bring them back in their .htaccess could they please send me a copy as I tried the snipped Martha posted but it has not helped

I should have Food, Nature, link to my site, link to prints and something else in the header

Not on mine it won’t because there is no real email address associated with the account. The download link on mine goes to the address they registered with, not the paypal address – how do you change it?

For looking (not buying) I have found a way around the “having to register” if people just want a quick look – take a look at my single image page to see what I mean, would appreciate your thoughts on this. A few people have used it and looked around. Which reminds me – I wanted to edit the login dropdown to explain this – off to explore again

It seems that child categories are not showing in this version

I cannot find a way around this

One thing I have not yet managed (and does break it) is editing the content-image.php – to add model release/exclusivity status.

I have tried adding it into the dragonfly child theme (both of them as they seem to be duplicated inside each other), the inner one has no effect, the outer loses the contents of the single image page completely, as does replacing it in its main theme.

I have got around it by not using Dragonfly.

Same answer as yesterday. What size is your image , medium shows up as 1000 x 1000, would normally be at least 3000

I am guessing it is not big enough to have a large size

I think my site is just fated to be a pain

I worked out what must have happened in August when my images went missing I think – JH did not back up the image file so when they had their problems they must have lost the original and then had nothing to back it up with – I have most of them back, just a couple of hundred to go now.

Now problems with trying to upgrade – could not use, then down grade, cannot upload anything . Suppose at least I can get images ready to upload at sometime in the future = fingers crossed.

Symbiostock itself is great, it is outside forces – such as JH losing stuff, then me doing things to it it does not like that are the problems.

What order did you upload them in – if you process newly uploaded ones and then go back to others the older ones do not always show up in latest images

I use Justhost and had similar options. The only one I went for was the privacy although I do have an address on my site. Sitebackup pro I think just means you can backup and restore certain files but otherwise is exactly the same as non pro.
