I found that when I tried to use the Professional batch edit the images reverted to 0 if there were too many – which varies and that as most of mine have more than one category they would get done more than once. In the All Images edit they only get done once and can be done at 100 per page so is more efficient. For Editing keywords I would have to use the Professional batch editor, but not for straightforward adding keywords

Yes you could but it is easier (to my mind) to use Bulk Editing.

Select all the images on the page (you can go up to 100) and then deselect those with people in them. (Or if you have lots with people go though selecting, whichever is quicker)

Then in the Bulk Actions dropdown select Edit and Apply
Then add the word you want to add in the Image Keywords box and Apply

If it times out (it will take quite a while) then try again with less images on the page

Some of us have FAQ’s and information pages on our sites – mine has a link in the footer. The information relating to my site may be different than to yours or someone else’s so it could be difficult to have one central page that explains everything to customers unless it just explained what the Symbiostock theme does and how to search ?

Here you can see who has added items to a cart and abandoned it and who has purchased which items. If someone has made a purchase or you wish to give them something extra or free you can allow downloads of items in carts.

Code Lab
This is another plug-in for snippets of code when a theme update is not required but something some people required. For instance instead of having 24 images in the search results you can have up to 96

Batch Editor
Part of the Professional plug-in for editing and working with keywords, categories, collections, twitter, licences etc

Twitter
Part of the Professional plug-in for setting up Twitter

Quick Licences
Part of the Professional plug-in for licence creation (may be for older version licences)

STOCK IMAGES (LADYBIRD)

All Images

This is where all your images are listed and where they are put so you can edit them with their descriptions, categories, SEO data etc.

Image Categories

Here you can add, delete and edit the categories you wish to use for your images, useful with Symbiostock and for SEO

Image Keywords

Here you can add, edit and delete keywords such as those you have misspelt or added accidentally

Upload Images

This is one of the methods you can use for uploading your image, you can also use FTP and the path details are listed in this tab.

Process Images.

This is where your images go when they are first uploaded, from here you chose the rating (Green, Yellow or Red) and Process them either to drafts so you can add keywords, SEO, categories etc or direct to Publish. It is recommended that you use unique titles for your images on Symbiostock to help with SEO which means you would process them to Draft first.

WIDGETS AND PLUGINS

Widgets

Symbiostock has various widgets available for latest images, Symbiostock selected images (use the category to select these when you are processing them) and more as Leo develops the theme.

Try different page templates, different widgets work on different templates, templates are in PAGES

To set the widgets up go to Appearance – Widgets and drag the ones you wish to use across to the various page options

Plugins

Plugins add different facilities and abilities to Symbiostock – they can also cause it to stop working so if you get an unexpected result ALWAYS deactivate your plugins and try Symbiostock without them before calling for help as in the majority of cases something in plugs do react badly – even the recommended plugins sometimes.
