    Hi all,

Back when I started the Facebook page, there was some disagreement about whether it should be a page or a group. Now that some of my Facebook friends are Symbiostockers, I can start a Symbiostock group there as well.

What do you think? Is it worth starting another place to chat and congregate, or is it too much, considering we already have this forum, MSG and the Facebook page?

If it brings in customers it is probably worth it, if just another place to chat then maybe not. Not all of us use Facebook 😀

I do use both FB and MSG and I think that it gets hard to split the conversations up across multiple places.

When the iStock forums became a lockdown infested wasteland, a number of FB groups started largely because the people who used to interact there needed somewhere to keep chatting. As we have somewhere that we can do that – here – I’m guessing the FB group really would have much action

I think Jo Ann’s assessment is spot on. I spend way too much time checking various board to make sure I’m not missing something important and I’ve cut a few out. I don’t need more!

I find the FB groups I’m on are hard to follow too – kind of like Twitter in that the random topics drop down the page rather quickly when it’s active. It’s hard to find and follow conversations when it’s a large group.
