how to display the amount of views on the imagepage

how to display the amount of views on the image page? I can see on some other sites that they are exposed.
Also I like to know how to create large titles in the image description. I only can make some words bold

I think that link is about displaying release information. Maybe a slip of the finger ?

Sorry about that, I thought it was all included. It must be from prlangs plugin then but that is no longer supported as most of it does not work nicely with the newer versions of symbiostock
