I think currently since there is no way to edit them, the license has to be deleted and then recreated. I suspect that this will orphan the pictures from the various licenses. It would be a huge mission to sort out a large database.

Jo has just found another bug.Licences, if you click on the little licence icon it dims down the page but the licence information does not appear – you have to refresh or back out of it to unlock.
Just checked and this also is the case in v2.7.2 – just dims the screen to grey with no way out.

Leo – would it be possible in the header customisation section for this feature to add a “Repeat?” option, so we can upload textures and have them repeated through the header?
I tried adding this to the child style.css
.symbiostock_branding {
background-repeat: repeat;
}but it gets overridden for some reason and only applies to to the area that your logo takes up.

Custom licenses are still NOT being applied to new uploads despite there being an option to make that the default. This bug really needs sorting out.
Also in the batch editor it would be great if the categories drop down was sorted alphabetically.

Is there any easy way to add icon fonts to widget titles like you have in your custom widgets Leo?

Just a tiny thing Leo, when you are doing some work on the footer, at the moment the footer seems to be a set height – as in, if you have a page with almost zero content, the footer will show up white below it rather than extending the footer colour right down to the bottom limit of the window. Might be worth making it always extend its bottom to the very window edge so there will never be white showing by mistake for people who make pages with little content.

Also is there a reason that in network search results the same person can show up twice? eg: http://thpstockphotos.com/?s=cat&post_type=image – here Christine shows up twice (no offence Christine!)

Just noticed a small bug…
On this page: http://thpstockphotos.com/symbiostock-network-directory/ click on any authors info drop down box and it gets hidden behind the author below. Ive tried safari and chrome with the same results.
Actually I’ve found this whole page a little buggy since some recent updates – sometimes none of the author profile pics load at all – especially in safari.

Just another couple of thoughts Leo… (nothing absolutely critical)
I think we are still using a H1 tag around the menu – should this be removed so that there is only 1 H1 tag on the page to help SEO? If only the image name (meta title) is a H1 this should help improve the importance of that text on the page.
Also, I think someone mentioned this a little while ago, is there a way to automatically compress the minipic’s a little more to help page load times? if you see here: http://iwebchk.com/reports/view/thpstockphotos.com the site is doing pretty well already (thanks to all your hard work 😉 but all of these type of sites always pick up the minipics as being able to be optimised to a greater degree. Not sure how hard that would be?

Leo, this latest version is brilliant, you have fixed up a lot of my concerns. Widgets look great, page templates work, customiser is awesome, blue comments box is gone. Sweet.
As mentioned above by others, the only things I can notice now are the following:
Footer customisation needs work, as it only affects certain ‘boxes’ in the footer, not all of it.
We need to be able to customise footer widget text colours separately to other text colours
We need to be able to customise link colours, and even better, footer link colours separately to other links as well. The ability to customise breadcrumb links separately as well would be awesome.Also, I can’t seem to make the Panel HEAD gradients customise at all – what is this referring to, and is it working for others?

Today and tomorrow I’m working on an illustration job. But when I get back to this I’m going to take care of those ugly panels you pointed out on your home page. It wasn’t supposed to go down that way.
Thanks Leo. I can’t stress enough how much I like where this new metamorphosis branch is headed, but there are some things that just aren’t working properly that really need addressing. Page templates being one of them, and the other issues mentioned above.

Custom licenses are NOT being applied on upload. Just tried it twice, once after re-ticking the “use as defaults” bit in the admin. Still nothing.
Is this a known bug?

I really do like all the styling changes you are building in. I hope they continue, it is super useful to be able to edit everything individually. Hope you’re having fun building them in!

request – make each image displaying widget capable of selecting HOW MANY images we would like displayed. eg: Similar images widget – choose from 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 images to display.
