All right – as it is, I’ve tried to make the thumbnails work out as best as possible. Seeing as the color rendition can still vary, and this may not be happiness for everyone, I’ve added a mechanism so you can supply your own JPEG for any non-JPEG media file. This alternate JPEG will be used for all thumbnailing and raster purchases – so you must make it full size.

I’ve uploaded the new features to the PLUS servers – please give it a go, test it out on Symzio, and let me know if you encounter any issues. I will release this upgrade for standalone after we know it works and there are no issues.

    Hey Chris,

You are correct – this is theme related and is customized with the Symbiostock Express theme. If you’re handy with code, you could potentially create it yourself in another theme, but it is somewhat involved.

I have now applied a fix to the PLUS server – I’ve also reset your Symzio thumbnails to regenerate amazindesign. After some time, I will include some vectors in Symzio and take a look at their renditions to see if they satisfy your needs.

In my opinion, this covers your media pretty well. I’ll have to see before releasing it for standalone users if it will work for everyone.

Profile uploading should be fixed now – small syntax thing.

FYI, I am still working on this. Once I discover a solution, it will be retroactive, so all your previous EPS thumbnails will be regenerated automatically (or at least, you can trigger it). I’m still focusing on trying to get these colors to pan out correctly no matter what, but EPS files appear to be really elusive in that it is not clear how to differentiate their color spaces from each other.

Nevertheless, keep uploading and creating EPS files. I’ll come up with a solution soon.

The current problem is that some EPS files look totally fine without the advanced color space correction enabled, and some only look good with it enabled, while those first ones then get muted with it enabled. That means that we are successfully able to process EPS files properly, but some react differently to different settings.

If you go to edit your account on Symzio, you’ll see space for your bio, for your social media, all that stuff. It only appears for contributors.

So you can personalize that profile page in any way you see fit to optimize its footprint. If you need any other information or fields that you think will enhance it further, let me know and we’ll see if we can add it. We want to make the profile page as accommodating as possible for contributors’ needs so you feel like a lot of information about you is available there at first glance.

    Hey Steve,

You can find your profile page when you log in and go to your Contributor earnings tab. You can also access it by clicking on your business name under any of your images.
