So that setting is created by your third party plugin?
I just logged into the upgraded server and can’t find the digital setting again. All I have is virtual and downloadable. Maybe it is only added by that plugin, in which case you would definitely need to submit a support request if you wanted that customized to automatically be set for you.
Thanks for the additional information, however. It should be useful for other users.
October 28, 2015 at 5:26 am #24425I just upgraded one of our test servers with 2.4.7 and the digital option does not exist for variable products – only for simple ones. So I would not worry about it. As Symbiostock products are variable, it is of no concern – they are treated as digital products anyways through the combination of virtual and downloadable.
October 28, 2015 at 5:22 am #24424October 28, 2015 at 5:21 am #24423The supported version is currently 2.4.6, so I cannot offer advice on 2.4.7. However, Symbiostock products are variable products, not simple products. So you would not be changing it on a product basis, but on each license. What I meant by changing it yourself was coding it in. We will synchronize Symbiostock to the newest version of WooCommerce when it seems necessary, but at the current time due to the level of instability introduced when 2.4 was released, we are sticking with 2.4.6 for the time being.

I just tried it and found plenty. This converts your admin interface to that language.
2) I will look into it. PLUS has pretty strict security measures so every new plugin needs to be analyzed thoroughly. We’ll let you know when that gets done.

Welcome to the forum!
1) Just go to Symbiostock > Settings > Localization. You should be able to make changes there.
2) This is controlled by WooCommerce and WP. I just tried dragging and dropping to reorder categories and it worked for me. However, maybe you are talking about subcategories, which I can only assume should work as well. However, since you are saying you tried that, I don’t know what to suggest. Note that when I looked at it just now, it was not in alphabetical order.
October 24, 2015 at 11:51 pm #24405From our AUP:
Exclusive use as a Distribution Node
Symbiostock PLUS offers FTP agency distribution services for users to distribute their media to third party agencies as an added feature for the purpose of expanding on running their independent site. Using Symbiostock PLUS for the sole purpose of distribution is not permitted if this includes the repeated deletion and addition of media to your account. Additionally, account holders may only distribute media that they own copyright to and may not distribute on behalf of any other parties.
October 24, 2015 at 11:48 pm #24404We’ve clarified the wording there – basically it is meant to illustrate that you can use it to host and distribute your media without having to launch an independent store. Our system has indicated that you have uploaded large video files, distributed them, then deleted them and uploaded more, and may even be doing so for people other than yourself. This puts serious strain on the system and is not the intended use of the service.
The intended use is for artists to use the service as a repository for their media to both distribute and host it, and also launch their independent stores with which to sell it. In that capacity, there is no issue. But if users start to stretch that, everyone else suffers.
Let me know if you have other questions.
October 24, 2015 at 6:53 pm #24400October 23, 2015 at 11:04 pm #24398Basically, if they go through PayPal, PayPal needs to ping your site to tell it a payment has been received. In Sandbox, this is highly unreliable (I have tested it where sandbox mode did not work – I change it to production and it works immediately).
The second thing is if you don’t go through PayPal – like if it’s free or via direct debit. Then you have to manually tell WooCommerce the order is good to go. You go to your WooCommerce tab and click on the checkmark icon. It should send out the emails then.
